That allocates the space for PHP scripts just as needed, then resources are used for someone else.
It is like taking a taxi to work, and every time in between the driver makes efforts to clean it. If too many people are contracted by the same taxi, then the car would not be so... clean... and might even get you to destination slower. Since you use the taxi for work, someone else might use it for... pleasure; so be careful how contracted is the taxi driver - to benefit of a clean car.

It's good for something like Proxmox backup server, doesn't necessarily need strong CPU but use can spike during backups
