I’d like to share my experience with Deluxhost regarding their affiliate program. Initially, I asked them whether affiliate earnings that fall below the withdrawal threshold could be transferred to my account balance for purchasing their services. They gave me a clear "yes" in response. Encouraged by this, I referred 12 people to their service. However, when I later requested to transfer my affiliate commissions to my balance to make a purchase, they replied with, "For offert plan affiliate is not available."
I’d like to ask whether this is reasonable or potentially fraudulent behavior. In my opinion, if they didn’t intend to offer commissions for discounted plans, they could have set the commission rate to 0 in the backend or implemented some other transparent measure. Instead, they only informed me of this restriction when I tried to use the earnings. This feels inconsistent with their earlier assurance, and I’m curious to hear others’ thoughts or experiences on this matter.

@DeluxHost is nice for the price they charge and the kind of resources they provide. They are trying their best to establish a good reputation here on LET. But only thing that's spoiling their name is unexpected downtimes which they should have to work upon very seriously. Rest all good for me.
The problem at the OFFER-T node has been resolved.
A RAM bank broke and the server also no longer read disks, the technicians managed to solve it after a long day's work.
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience, whoever opens a ticket will have 1 extra day added to their plan.
