Appreciate your commitment to resolve the issue. I hope the issue didn't cause much monetary loss to your infrastructure. Cheers!!
Just to be clear: you have to open a ticket to get the compensation - does that include everyone who already has a ticket made (and possibly closed after it was resolved)?
I need to point out that despite your update claiming "The problem at the OFFER-T node has been resolved," this is simply not true in my case. My control panel shows everything is fine, but reality tells a different story - I still can't connect via SSH and all services on both of my VPS servers remain completely inaccessible.
I've already opened ticket #NXI-540533 about this issue at night. Could you please check what's actually happening with my servers? The extra day is appreciated, but I'd much rather have working VPS servers right now.
Thanks for looking into this.
You tried restarting your vps cause mine was affected by the downtime too but it's now running smoothly again
yes I've already tried everything - restarting, full power cycling, the works. One of my servers is indeed back up and running fine now, but the other one is still completely inaccessible.
When I check the control panel for the problematic server, I see "Memory Information Unavailable" and a message saying "Dependent on the operating system installed and active state of the server, it may not be possible to view the memory utilization."
Hi, from our systems as it appears, everything is online.
the problem is probably on your side.
if you can open another ticket that would be a better option.
Hey, i'm having an issue with my Linux system - it's just hanging at the boot log in VNC and nothing's happening. it's stuck showing kernel module loading and systemd initialization. The last line shows "xfs filesystem being remounted at / supports timestamps until 2038-01-19" and then... nothing. It's been like this for ages.
I've tried waiting it out but the system doesn't seem to be progressing past this point. The boot process appears to have stalled completely after starting the Journal Service.
Okay, I'll go ahead and create a new support ticket with all the details. Hopefully u can help me figure out what's causing this boot hang. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
is BF-4 down for the past 6 hours?
Have you installed a custom iso?
damn...late to get one...
