    As mentioned more than once, we started moving VMs to our new panel, virtfusion while changing the location of our servers to the new DC, And we have therefore moved your data to our new portals, without any data loss.

    your data is still available in case something is missing or there is a problem, have you opened a ticket?

    post your screenshot & what you did (blur important private data). also why didn't you follow their discord as important things announced there.

    I would like to point out that all data is saved to avoid any loss during the transfer.

    If you go to billing (you should have received an email with the new VM data) You will find the redirect panel to Virtfusion.

    If something is missing, just open a ticket and you will be helped quickly, without any problems.

    As also announced, the CPU in the new Amsterdam nodes has changed, if you don't like the change, you can request a partial refund in the ticket for the days you are missing until the expiration of your Plan.

    The CPU used is still a very good one.

    With automatic migration some VMs imported old network settings, which had to be changed, if there was this problem if you opened a ticket, it would be solved by us without any problems. :)

  • So thats really bad you don't want to refund. I got 2 VPS in German and now have 2 in Netherland I don't need NL. I want money back. I was told by your support manager I can get refund and can ask for it after server will be relocated. Now you are saying there is no refund and trying to hold my money. Shame on you.
