I don't know whether you have one of those large powerbank or not that can output at least 20V (Usually available if your powerbank provides 30W of output and above), and it has always been a game changer to me.
Type-C charging becomes a norm nowadays on laptop and even if your device doesn't support, there's some kind of Type-C to barrel connector makes it charges basically anything.
yeah i got 2 UPS's completely charged that can output 240v and a few USB-C battery banks that can do 30W USB-C PD as well

I think the best thing about this standard is it accept so many voltage level. You can charge your powerbank from different sources.
On a flight with only 5V? Sure it is slow but you gain access to output at 20V (not great efficiency but it works while losing the stored power)

For me I always recommend getting at least a mini 30W charger that support the whole 100-240VAC range. After that all you need is a converter/adapter and you are all set regardless of which country.
