  Assume that’d be on generators anyway, being critical infrastructure. Unsure if the data network will become congested or not though as everyone cuts over to streaming over 5G

  i think it's still broadcasting my wifi hotspot ssid even tho im plugged in

  This should work:

  On your iPhone:

  Unlock your iPhone and go to "Settings."
  Tap on "Cellular" or "Mobile Data," depending on your iOS version.
  Look for "Personal Hotspot" and tap on it.
  Turn on the Personal Hotspot toggle switch.
  You may see a prompt to enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. You can choose to enable them or use USB only, depending on your preference.
  Connect your iPhone to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
