    • No, we don't currently have a SLA in place.

  5. Do you have DDoS protection?

    • No, we currently do not have DDoS protection in place. However, we have implemented an automatic IP null route system to protect our network. Additionally, we are in talks with a provider for DDoS protection and will provide more details in the future.

  6. Is there automatic provision for your services?

    • Yes, all our services, including dedicated servers are automatically provisioned unless stated in the product description.

  7. What datacenter are you in?

    • Our building is situated in Highland, Illinois, just a short 35-minute drive east of St. Louis. While it may not offer the most amazing features, we're proud to own and operate it. From this location, we deliver affordable services you can count on.

  8. What payment methods are accepted?

    • We accept Credit/Debit, PayPal, Cryptocurrency.

  9. Do you have a refund policy

    • Yes! You can see it here. Please note there is an exception to this policy in this post for some products. They are marked with *
