Colocrossing AFF Withdrawal – Over a Month and Still No Payment!
This discussion has been closed.

So, maybe on their affiliates page they should clearly explain that, in order to get paid, aftet submitting the withdrawal request, you also have to open a LET thread.
Would clear things for the users imho...
Yes, thank you very much for your support
Your welcome.
Imagine being a representative of your company and you post this instead of addressing the root issue like a professional.
Nevermind the three other people have similar complaints about your company, who seemingly had tickets recent enough to still be in the "open" state - that you were forced to manually rectify after they asked your here publicly:
So when you stopped posting after this guy posted
Guess the truth kinda hurts when the peanut gallery isn't bowing down and kissing your ring so they can get the money that they're owed.
You should probably get your shit in order over there at Colocrossing before you come here trying to be funny. It's only funny when the provider is like one of the twelve affiliates in my signature and their brand name isn't the punch line in a joke.
Thank you for your input, Petey. I appreciate your suggestions and will take them into serious consideration. Maybe one day we can be a part of your (aff).
Chill down, cowboy! I do not represent Colocrossing. Redir that to @Ernie or @ColoCrossing .
I thought your original comment was funny 🤠. He already redirected at me. I took his suggestion and carefully filed it in the suggestion box.
You're misreading me - this was all directed towards Ernie/CC.'
I quoted you because you're absolutely right. He completely disregarded your comment and thought trying to be "funny" was better than admitting there's an issue with his company and it's obviously pretty widespread given how much manual intervention there was in this thread alone.
He's all about hopping onto supportive comments but god forbid he actually have to answer why you can't click the "pay out" from the affiliates over at Colocrossing and just have the money pay out. Shouldn't need a ticket to get money that's owed to you and you certainly shouldn't have to come to LET after a month of waiting and then hope someone is going to be able to help you out.
It's crazy, every other provider - click "cash out" and the money comes out
With Colocrossing you click "Cash out" - it tells you it's processing, you put in a ticket and and after a month of waiting, someone will post a thread on LET with "Problems with Colocrossing Affiliate pay out", Ernie will finally take action and when you see that he responds - you can finally get paid out.
At the end of the day, this was OP
I lost 15 minutes in time.
You lost a person who was helping bring awareness to your brand and highlighted other issues people have with your company. You don't even bother apologizing to them. You were wrong, you explained "why" it happened (you were wrong) and you still couldn't even muster up a single apology to anyone. The official CC account apologized to OP - but what about the other 3 people?
"Fixed."
"All set!"
And they're over there like
"Thank you Ernie so much for giving me the money that you owed me! I really enjoyed where I had to go post my ticket number on another person's thread that was having the same issue just to get my situation resolved. The part where you didn't even apologize was my favorite part!"
Meh, jokes aside, even tho' I had a not-so-pleasant experience with ColoCrossing, @Ernie was a really nice guy overall.
If he'd really take your suggestions towards implementation... that's to be seen. But overall, I don't think they are bad-intended. Just a lot of chaos that is avoided by everyone who could fix it.
I appreciate that. I really do try to help the customer. That said, I see the issue and take full responsibility for it and really do apologize for the issue and delay in payments.
While investigating, I also discovered another issue where some affiliate tickets that were waiting for me auto-closed, which further complicated the situation.
I’ve since audited all the tickets, ensured that all affiliates were accounted for, and the payments have now been sent. If theres anymore remaining clients are welcome to DM me, email me, open a ticket, or comment here so Petey can write another rant and waste another 15 minutes of his time.
I wouldn't hold my breath on anything being resolved. You'd think with the guy acting the way he is, he'd be running some tight ship over at CC, but that's just not the case. People seem to forget how many things, just in recent memory where people have actually spoken out, have happened with Colocrossing

Ernie may be a nice guy - but Colocrossing has issues, period. Ernie may find that as taboo, especially when he's trying to rip me on a horse that's been beat to death, but Colocrossing has issues and whenever they're called out - Ernie comes and "fixes it" and then the discussion is over.
If there weren't any issues - there would be nothing for Ernie to come fix.
Brudda, your reply up until this was perfect. Take a deep breath and stop keyboard warrioring. You’re no different than him, you do the same thing, although, you represent a company while doing it.
Any drama from now on is just noise, issue is resolved, maybe, from now on anything you both write is just about fueling the ego, nothing else.
If another one of this thread comes up in a month, @Petey_Long was right. If not, @Ernie fixed it. We can’t know right now.
Or everyone stopped using them for Aff promotion because this is bad and unprofessional treatement for people who are making you money
Lmao yeah or that but that’s also problem solved in my book
Challenge accepted

And aptly enough - MannDude was the guy to close the thread out with this gem

and
Anyone who's acting like Colocrossing hasn't had issues for ages is being disingenuous.
@Petey_Long
Come on, let it rest. @Ernie took care of a couple of similar problems, @ColoCrossing seems to have apologized and everyone seems to be happy now (well, almost everyone).
IF you're right then not much or nothing will change anyway, so why make a fuzz when at least now and here everyone has been serviced? And if you are not right then maybe CC just a very busy company with lots of things and projects, changes and whatnot going on plus probably not as well organized as highly likely even their own management would like ...
Don't get me wrong, I'm not against you, absolutely not, nor am I big fan of CC, but again: now and here all problems and complaints seem to have been resolved, and quite quickly, by Ernie, so why go on?
2014… I had far more hair back then. 😅
Anyone who thinks any company operates without problems is blind to reality every business faces challenges.
Our VPS platform, including affiliate payouts, has undoubtedly gone through a bumpy period. However, as I’ve stated, the issue has been identified and is being actively addressed.
@Petey_Long notice how @Ernie said ”challenge accepted”, let’s leave it at that, if it occurs again after this, please, let it all out.
It’s friday and life’s good right @Ernie @Petey_Long

answer the way you answered:
You state the obvious - check
Again, where are you getting this from? I never once mentioned anything with the word sincerity - but feel free to bring up some more straw men to help bolster your non-argument.
Got it - so, Soon™, right?
What about your billing issues overcharging people or the problem where people are still getting charged for OS reloads. Or when people's tickets are going unanswered for 2+ months?

You ARE disingenous when you bring up a strawman argument that you created out of thin air. Then you gloss over all of the issues you have once again instead of acknowledging that your company isn't perfect. It's not like these issues have just popped up overnight which is the reason I posted that link for 11 years ago.
Go ahead and tell everyone "We're working hard for you! We promise it's going to get better" and everyone that's been around for awhile is just laughing because everyone knows it's never going to get better - it's been the same deal for over 10 years. You're even mentioned by name directly!
But this time it'll be different guys!
Have a good weekend Petey.
Wouldn't have expected anything less more from you, Ernie!
Calm down guys, it's the weekend to relax. Everyone can make mistakes, but the important thing is to solve it and work on it so that it doesn't happen again.
Feisty Friday
He has a point though. I also felt that your corporate blathering was misplaced. While I still think that @Petey_Long should let it rest and not "hunt" you after your at first sensible statements and real efforts, responding with typical and empty corporate blathering later on definitely is not helpful and/or soothing but provoking.
Because Ernie decided he wanted to be a funny guy instead of a businessman. That's literally the only reason.
Had he PM'd me or had given me his contact information to talk privately - we could have had a constructive conversation but he opted to try and be the funny guy, publicly. Little less funny when people start pointing out all your faults, more people pile on with their issues and then you have to go back to an unfunny joke and corporate gobbledygook - anything but actually address the issues head on.
I've never once interacted with this guy once here and that's how he came at me right out of the gate.
If anyone at Colocrossing is wondering why sales and customer satisfaction is down or why brand sentiment is a joke - you can start your investigation right here and work yourself backwards to find your answer.
