Colocrossing AFF Withdrawal – Over a Month and Still No Payment!

Has anyone else experienced ridiculous delays with Colocrossing's affiliate withdrawals?

I submitted a withdrawal request on January 31, 2025, but as of March 5, 2025, it still hasn’t been processed. Here’s what happened:

1. Initially, no response at all.
2. My support tickets (#713945, #647445) were ignored and automatically closed without resolution.
3. Only after tagging them on LowEndTalk, I finally got a reply saying I would be paid by the end of February.
4. End of February came and went—still no payment.

This is extremely frustrating. If a company offers an affiliate program, they should handle payouts professionally and on time, not delay payments for over a month while ignoring support tickets.

Has anyone else faced this issue? How long did it take for you to get paid? Colocrossing, this is unacceptable—do better!

This has been paid. We apologize for the delay.

No, but that's strictly because I'd never recommend anyone to Colocrossing (or any of the tentacles)

👍 Petey. We are very sorry to miss out on your over a dozen affiliate links in your signature.

  • I would recommend being an affiliate of almost anyone else.

If you search LET and other forums, you will find that this is a recurring issue many have faced.

They are either in financial problems or extremely sloppy when it comes to paying their bills.

No matter what, focus on providers that appreciate their customers and partners.

  • Just an update—after over a month of waiting, I finally received my payment from Colocrossing.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped by commenting and bumping the thread! I really appreciate the support.

That being said, based on this experience, I cannot recommend using Colocrossing. The lack of communication, ignored support tickets, and delayed payments make it too risky. If you rely on timely payouts, look elsewhere.

Again, thanks to everyone who helped, and I hope others don’t have to go through the same hassle!

👍 Petey. We are very sorry to miss out on your over a dozen affiliate links in your signature.

Those are providers I actively use and actively refer to other people because I'm extremely happy with their services (including @ryanarp of Catalysthost, who I've been a happy, loyal client for nearly a decade.)

You'll also notice that even companies WITHOUT an affiliate link (see @crunchbits and @manndude, @jar ) because I don't care about the money - I care about recommending people to providers I know they'll be happy with because I, myself, am happy with them.

I haven't made a dime from affiliate links but that doesn't mean the providers aren't able to see my efforts to recommending them to other potential clients. Most, if not all, of those providers have gone to great lengths for me in one way or another and I told them that I appreciate them for doing so. I don't just say I appreciate someone, I take action to show my appreciation. How better to show your appreciation for someone than recommending their services and having them acquire new clients simply for doing a good job?

You were also cognizant enough to see your company wasn't on that list. Maybe instead of being snarky, try being business-conscious and maybe ask me "why?" do I feel the way I do about your company. Responses like the one you posted are one of the MANY reasons I'd never recommend Colocrossing, HostPapa, Dedirock, Racknerd, etc to anyone.

As you pointed out, there's TWELVE amazing alternatives in my signature ALONE and every time I post, people are passively exposed to alternatives to providers I'd NEVER recommend, like Colocrossing.

That was funny. It's okay for a business to clap back.

  • I'm happy to have CC in my signature, everything I run with them has been rock solid.

  • I think more people should come here asking about theirs money withdrawal - topic like that popups every few weeks and they are "fixed" within few minutes after weeks of waiting and getting ignore.

One day you would expect that @ColoCrossing would just get this shit straight, spend a day to fix this once for all... but it seems it's too hard or money is tight.

Imagine thinking "clapping back" instead of gaining insight into why people have an issue with you is a clever business decision (especially opining as another provider..)

    If Colocrossing would have asked

"May I ask what specific issue(s) you have with us? Please email me at X"

Just right off the top, they would have come across more professionally (with a hint of caring!)

Questions they could have asked and potentially improved other users experiences:

"Have you ever been a client?"
"Why are you a former client?"
"What issues do you feel we have?"
"What issues do you feel strongly enough to not recommend people to our company?"
"How would you suggest that we rectify the issues or make the situation better?"

But hey, why bother trying to get to the bottom of an issue when you can just do the en vogue thing and clap back!

Just so this doesn't overshadow the original post from @6wvy5ipw

I also had to wait quite a while for 2 billing tickets, but one of them was kinda my fault, and the 2nd one was a custom request (which they were at their full right to reject), so didn't bother too much about them until it got to like 2 months, for which I made this comment, and so, @Ernie was quickly to solve it for me here, and all I will say is that I'm very happy with the outcome of those tickets :)

Not the best, I have to agree, but for technical issues and such, their support is quite fast.
Also, @Petey_Long what does CC resellers have to do with any of this? RackNerd is flawless, and they barely have any issues. @dustinc is a great guy, tickets with their staff get solved in like hours, if not minutes, ...?

Glad I was able to get that resolved.

To clarify, the delay in affiliate payouts was not intentional. We typically process payouts on the 1st and 15th of each month; however, due to extensive work-related travel of the two individuals responsible myself included there was an unexpected delay. That said, affiliates always get paid, and we are making every effort to ensure payouts remain on schedule moving forward.
