Without a real reason?
Brudda you just said your whole second email was a typing error. You just keep lying instead of admitting the VERY obvious truth, you lied.
How many lies will you reach before admitting this?
I gave you an easy fucking way out to admit your lie, that I’d walk away, and even then you just couldn’t.
Grow up.
It very obviously was a joke based on your name
We made this big mistake again. We didn't know how to react to this situation. It wasn't the right way. It was a misunderstanding with both emails. We publicly apologize and we will continue working to not make this type of mistake again.
So you lied in the second email?
why do you say they when it is your own company? and yes you have 9950x according to your offer threads
unless that is also a lie?
The draft was created in October 2024 when the London/UTAH locations were AMD RYZEN 7950X
In December we upgraded our AMD RYZEN 9950X nodes
You can check out all our posts where we specify the hardware on offer and the connectivity
At this point I just think someone gained access to their WHMCS panel and sent mass email to their customers. If that's the case then it means all customer info is leaked also.
How many people in your company has permission to send mass email to your customers? And they have to be working on Sunday to do such thing, which I highly doubt.
You are taking things out of context.
We explained that it was a misunderstanding.
The email sent was only sent to customers with active products from the locations London & Germany not globally!
Mate you told 3 different scenarios. 1-) April fool's joke 2-) Sent email by accident 3-) It was a draft.
Someone has to login to your WHMCS, decide to send a mass email to your customers, then send the draft by accident.
What was the original email you were going to send that instead you sent a draft email "by accident"?
Or did you or someone that has access to your panel just scratched their butt and said, let's sent this draft email to customers on Sunday?
And why do you still have draft from October 2024, in your system still then?
And why did you try to cover it up as April's fool email, first time?
In any case you just lied 2-3 times to your customers since this topic brought up.
I think that many people are attacking us without any basis, they tell us everything, that we are going to close and we can publicly assure that our services will continue to function without interruptions.
It is a shame that they treat us like this because of a mistake, we do not deserve this type of attacks.
We explain what happened, we apologize publicly.
We are sorry, we are human, we hope that because of this incident that has been going on for many years, they give us the opportunity to believe us.
earlier you blame whmcs for sending it after panel updates.. then you said you made a mistake when sending it. if it was really whmcs, what does that have to do about being human? why not just stick to that story and continue blaming whmcs?
We do not blame anyone.
We are aware of this error and take full responsibility.
Once again we apologize to all our customers.
DID YOU LIE IN THE SECOND EMAIL?
Please relax, I don't know what kind of judge you are.
We have accepted that we made a mistake and we do not deserve to be attacked so much for a mistake, we have publicly apologized.
DID YOU LIE IN THE SECOND EMAIL?
At this point no one is judging you for your mistake. We are judging you about not being honest and trying to cover this up by keep lying.
@emgh has a good point.
We have already mentioned in the comments.
We made mistakes and we are human, and we can assure you that this incident will not happen again.
We are professionals and our years in the sector support us.
Some may consider lying if that is what they think we made the mistake.
We have not hidden anything, we have always been transparent and professional.
Several years in the sector and never a problem.
For those who consider that we lied/made a mistake we apologize.
professionals dont keep cancellation messages in draft to be sent to their paying customers as an april fools joke
I give up, guy refuses to stop lying. 100 % added to my no-go list now. No way out.
@nohavps please don’t respond with some ramblings if you’re not interested to answer if the april fools email was a lie or not.
wtf happened here
It’s a good read trust me
this is killing
We had an incident in sending emails without affecting any active service.
We see three people who, if you do not accept that you lied/or made a mistake, will not let you until they create more comments.
We accept full responsibility and publicly apologize to all our clients for this incident.
There is a saying that we learn from mistakes and that even large companies can make mistakes. We have been in the sector for years and this is the first incident of sending two emails without analyzing what happened. No service was affected, no client is affected by this situation.
We have an uptime of 99.9% of the services and many of the clients who received that email can publish the status of the services.
Again, we apologize for what happened and we can assure you that it will not happen again.
@zGato Can you tell us if you had any interruptions in service during the time you were our customer?
We have sent a new email commenting on what happened.
Dallas, TX March 02, 2025
Dear Customers,
We want to start by apologizing for the email sent in the early hours of the morning. We regret what happened. Below we will tell you what happened:
Our control panel had a draft of an email campaign for some clients in the London & Germany areas that was written in October 2024 and was never sent until today due to an error in some internal updates we made to the panel.
It was a draft commenting that at that time we were going to cancel the London & Germany locations.
We used AMD RYZEN 7950X hardware to migrate everything to UTAH, USA where our own hardware is located.
Our team initially thought that these locations would not work, so it was written in October 2024 indicating that it would be canceled in March, but it would never be that due to the great reach we had with the areas and we obtained a great increase in services.
During the months of 2024, October, and November, we had great success in those locations. The campaign draft was never sent because it was an old campaign. We did not delete it until today when we saw that it was still active and could be sent due to some error that we made.
In December 2024, we migrated everything to RYZEN 9950X at no cost to our customers and all active plans, so we canceled that idea of not continuing in those locations.
During these days, we have made some changes to our control panel and that was a problem because the 2024 draft was sent today. In the early hours of the morning, someone from support at that time sent an email without thinking about the consequences it would have and sent it without thinking about the impact it would have.
We want to be transparent with you and we can assure you that a situation similar to this will not happen again. We are very grateful for your trust in us and we work day by day to be able to offer you the best service you deserve.
NohaVPS is a VPS/Dedicated server provider with the best quality at an affordable price.
We want to apologize for this situation, it is the first time something like this has happened to us.
We understand that we should have considered sending the second email before it was sent, it was the moment without thinking and we sent it even though it would bring a lot of repercussion for some.
We take full responsibility, we are human and we make mistakes that we will learn from so that it does not happen again.
We will continue working on many new things that will be announced in the coming months, new locations, new promotions.
London & Germany will remain active for many more years!
We manage more than 2000+ VPS servers in those locations and it is a fundamental part of our company.
@nohavps did you lie in the second email about it being an april’s fools joke?
Yes, It could be said that it was an email that was sent without being analyzed in the early hours of the morning.
We accept that it was a big mistake, we apologize again and we can assure you that this situation will never happen again.
I would rather get the big PR speech you just commented, about it being a mixup between migrations and a past potentially planned cancellation email sent out.
Quickly making up that it was an April Fools joke to try and cover up for the mistake is what makes it worse and makes me concerned about what else you might quickly make up to try save face in future.
Will probably be cancelling my service & requesting a prorated refund for the remaining 11 months paid for.
