Hello,
There was a mistake in the message, our locations will still be available. London & Germany
We apologize for the inconvenience
It was a misunderstanding that caused this message. We apologize publicly and will continue working to avoid making this type of mistake again.
Stop lying. We’re not retarded. You didn’t mean to send an april fools joke about migrating servers before april.
Give the full story or just say that you lied and that you won’t tell the truth.
Keep digging in the hole that you’re standing in or don’t.
Message was from draft for april fools joke but the message mentions of a date before april
And now it’s a ”misunderstanding”
I also love how the follow-up email says ”Perhaps this caused some confusion.”
Brudda…
We are aware that the message was something that should not have happened. The sending of the message was a mistake.
We are a solid company with several years in the market and we have not had any problems with any client. We are very proud of our philosophy of being able to offer a good service to the end client.
Our locations in London & Germany are still and will be available for many more years.
We apologize again for this message that should not have been sent and we assume full responsibility.
So the message appeared out of thin air and it bring an april’s fools was a fabricated lie? That’s the path we’re taking here?
I think you shouldn't express yourself like that, we have never been a supplier that has failed, at least you should give us a vote of confidence, it was a mistake and we assume full responsibility.
Ah sorry, I didn’t meant to criticize the fact that you obviously have 0 respect for your clients and keep lying even though it’s so fucking obvious so anyone reading. I’m terribly sorry.
What happened was a draft that had been put in campaigns from our whmcs a few months ago when we had ryzen 7950x servers and we didn't think it would be sent with some panel updates we made and it was sent by mistake.
our servers in London are AMD RYZEN 9950X
In Germany they are AMD EPYC 7742
So it was an old campaign that was written but we never sent it because those locations are a success for us.
For us, our customers are essential, without them we would not be a successful company.
We regret what happened and we are responsible for our actions, we will assume responsibility and we are writing up what happened and will send it to all our customers.
The email was only sent to customers in London and Germany, not globally, because it was a misunderstanding.
We apologize again, we are human and this type of incident will not happen again.
Barcelona was also a success IIRC, and you shut it down.
Give us the whole story, for us, a "was a mistake" is not enough. Specially when that email literally says that we would get moved, no questions asked, to a completely different region with different legislations, latency, ...
It's clearly not a "mistake".
seriously.... what kind of company jokes about canceling servers people are paying money for? questionable professionalism there don't you think?
It wasn’t a misunderstanding. You planned to shut down the locations and didn’t remove the email when you decided not to.
Then, you lied to your clients about it being an april’s fools joke.
Finally, instead of apologizing for lying, you say that I shouldn’t ask you about your lies.
Did you lie about it being an april’s fools joke?
We can assure you that it was a draft error, campaigns were sent to customers of exact products such as London and Germany.
The campaign was written in October and as you can see at that time those in London had AMD RYZEN 7950X and in December we upgraded due to success in those locations to AMD RYZEN 9950X
We were always transparent even at the beginning of the year we started to offer dedicated servers which is a success because we have our own infrastructure in UTAH, USA.
We are writing a complete message about what happened and we will publish it.
If you notice in the message they say 7950X and @zGato ato can confirm that our servers in London are AMD RYZEN 9950X
Brudda you’re just rambling, you already said this, every single point I made in my last comment, every single one, you don’t answer.
You also don’t answer my question about lying about it bring an april’s fools joke.
Keep yapping I guess
Just admit that you lied in the second email and I’ll go away
It wasn’t a misunderstanding. You planned to shut down the locations and didn’t remove the email when you decided not to.
The message was created in October 2024, it was thought to close those new locations because really like any business some locations are a success while others are not, but the growth was magnificent, a great success and instead of closing those locations we upgraded to ryzen 9950x without change costs for our clients.
Then, you lied to your clients about it being an April’s fools joke.
In the early hours of the morning we detected that that campaign message was sent and we made the typing error and yes it was an error and we are aware of the big mistake we made when sending that message.
Finally, instead of apologizing for lying, you say that I shouldn’t ask you about your lies.
We regret this whole incident, we publicly apologize to all our clients and we assume all the responsibility that this incident entails.

The whole second mail was a typing error?
I’ve heard about accidently pressing one or a few buttons on the keyboard but not accidently writing up a whole email
first you said it was sent by whmcs after panel updates... now you say you made a mistake when sending that message
If I were you I would just file a chargeback as 1st of April joke.
It's a prank bro.
Bunch of wankers, making "jokes" to their customers.
@emgh No high availability vps won't admit anything he will keep yappin'
I don't think it will end up well
I think I explained myself correctly with what happened, I don't know where you want to go, we are a solid company without any complaints with locations that are a success, give us the opportunity as people, we make mistakes, we apologize publicly and accept our mistake, but I think you are attacking us without real reason.
We have an uptime of 99.9% during this time we have never been bad with any of them, the services are still active and will remain active, no client was affected, you can even see what they say AMD RYZEN 7950X AND TODAY WE HAVE AMD RYZEN 9950X?
