    What happened was a draft that had been put in campaigns from our whmcs a few months ago when we had ryzen 7950x servers and we didn't think it would be sent with some panel updates we made and it was sent by mistake.

    our servers in London are AMD RYZEN 9950X

    In Germany they are AMD EPYC 7742

    So it was an old campaign that was written but we never sent it because those locations are a success for us.

    We regret what happened and we are responsible for our actions, we will assume responsibility and we are writing up what happened and will send it to all our customers.

    The email was only sent to customers in London and Germany, not globally, because it was a misunderstanding.

    We apologize again, we are human and this type of incident will not happen again.

    The campaign was written in October and as you can see at that time those in London had AMD RYZEN 7950X and in December we upgraded due to success in those locations to AMD RYZEN 9950X

    We were always transparent even at the beginning of the year we started to offer dedicated servers which is a success because we have our own infrastructure in UTAH, USA.

    We are writing a complete message about what happened and we will publish it.

    The message was created in October 2024, it was thought to close those new locations because really like any business some locations are a success while others are not, but the growth was magnificent, a great success and instead of closing those locations we upgraded to ryzen 9950x without change costs for our clients.

    Then, you lied to your clients about it being an April’s fools joke.

    In the early hours of the morning we detected that that campaign message was sent and we made the typing error and yes it was an error and we are aware of the big mistake we made when sending that message.

    Finally, instead of apologizing for lying, you say that I shouldn’t ask you about your lies.

    We regret this whole incident, we publicly apologize to all our clients and we assume all the responsibility that this incident entails.

    We have an uptime of 99.9% during this time we have never been bad with any of them, the services are still active and will remain active, no client was affected, you can even see what they say AMD RYZEN 7950X AND TODAY WE HAVE AMD RYZEN 9950X?
