I have already stated before. Only a few people want to reduce spam but once there is some offer, many from that group will jump in.
The GreenCloud thread epitomises everything that is wrong according to this thread yet, we can see many people from here posting without a break to increase the post for more access to the codes to redeem/flash deals.
Don't get me wrong. That is not a criticism of them. I myself wanted to participate for flash deals but couldn't only due to lack of time. And i am disappointed to see so many lucrative deals yet I can't even participate.
But when a big share of community is running after a thing, it clearly shows that, it actually isn't counted as spam by the community. Just look at the greencloud thread. I even stopped to open because of all the useless posts there that is currently going on, which even by my standard (who was oppose to the idea of this thread), are endless flow of spam. And LET promoting it is the icing on top of the cake.

The difference for me is that the the posts in that thread are natural. Whether it's people talking about the deals or just posting or playing games or whatever.
You can also go into the thread and see the deals without posting anything. It's just that people probably open the thread to see if there are any deals, and then see a post that interests them and they reply.
It's completely different to the "post your invoice number to double your bandwidth" threads which are just an excuse to artificially bump threads with no contribution to any kind of actual discussion.

Guys, the double the DD's might simply end on their own given time, providers will find new ways to interact with you all.
