This's being oversold already. %steal and %iowait under sysstat is becoming insane on Frankfurt. Even up to +35.

A week ago this VPS took ~260 seconds to run a specific program, which is pretty bad but... today it took 477 seconds!! It's insane. Its performance is even below a Atom C2750 and i'm using 5 vCores... it's assumed. :/

And the network is getting higher with no reason from ~40 GB to 84 GB now.

From 84GB to 158GB of network use with no reason :/
And from 477 seconds to more than 630 seconds now. Working using multithread (6 (+1) vcores now) :/ :/

We're running upgrades on the Frankfurt cluster, they'll be completed by Feb 15th. These upgrades also solve the traffic measurement bug you mentioned.

Thank you for answering! Greetings :)

The majority of the VPSes in Frankfurt have been migrated to the new Cluster offering stability and performance improvements.

The migration was seamless without the need for IP changes or backup / restoration process.

And of course without any price changes!

Really? I don't see any difference. Not today

Please send us your service MG ID. I can look if it's migrated to the new cluster. If not, it'll be migrated in the next 2 weeks when the migrations complete.

Since I purchased the VPS on January 14, I left a comment on the low discussion, but I haven't received any response from you until today.

Hi, I just checked and the bonus has been applied (extended to 4th year and price locking).

  • @MassiveGRID Are there gonna be any upgrades in New York?

While the price was nice, I've done nothing with the VPS for 2 months because performance has been abysmal.

We’re rolling out a storage upgrade in New York. Was the storage performance the issue? Please provide more more details to look into it. Thank you.

Only port 25 is closed, all the other ports are open for IMAP, POP, etc. We open port 25 for transactional e-mails after justification but we don't allow mass mailing services.

With a fresh installed debian server, just idling, I have around 30GB per day from 10.0.0.x alone.
