Hello, the department handling e-mail port isn't working 24x7 and since the request was opened during the weekend they replied today. Please let us know if the e-mail ports are now working for you.
We don't have any NVMe in offers now.
It'll be released next month with the control panel upgrade and other upgrades such as fast OS installation (now it takes 20-60 minutes, it'll take 1-2 minutes).
We're planning it in a couple of weeks currently.
But we'll add NVMe clusters in our offers too. What kind of disk performance do you want and what kind of workloads do you run? If they're confidential, feel free to send us a PM.

On here it says 10Gbps but on the order page it says 1 Gbps Guaranteed Internet Speed, Dual Tier-1 Uplinks. Does it that mean the vps is 10Gbps shared but with 1Gpbs being guaranteed?
Each host that hosts VPSes is connected with 2x10 Gbps uplinks. The network adapter on the VPS is at 1 Gbps connected to the redundant 2x10 Gbps uplinks.
Our networks are uncongested so you'll be able to reach 1 Gbps speeds if the other end of the connection and the route in between supports 1 Gbps.
