    Last year I won a prize from @PulsedMedia and they messaged, emailed and activated it as expected. The service ran smoothly with no downtime that I noticed.

    Maybe wait for a reply from them. My experience with them has been good.

    We will be adding a little bit extra for everyone for the delay in handling these, we are severely understaffed right now and are in process of hiring more staff. The DC build, building the HW platform etc. so all non-essential (like marketing, advertising, acitivity in the communities) has been on lower priority. Really sorry for having to wait.

    Some News

    • MD nodes will be shortly restocked, so if you are looking for one. We have a stockpile of them waiting to be put back in inventory.
    • We just updated base distro for seedboxes etc. only some servers have it, with it comes new rclone, qbittorrent, deluge etc etc. enhancements. If your node is still running Debian 10, open a ticket to have your server upgraded to Debian 11. Debian 12 support is in experimental stage already as well.
    • New datacenter is ever closer to finish, electrical work should finish in a few weeks, and contractors should be doing the finishing touches in a few weeks before final cleaning and we start to build the network etc. (This has been way bigger project than anticipated ... Way way bigger!)

    Oh not a single ticket about this either, nothing on our own discord either, so that's why it got a bit buried too -- the message simply did not reach all the way to me.

    Just didn't have alerts, completely forgot about this. All i knew i had some DMs here, but i kept postponing it after i get more urgent work done.

    Maybe you didn't get responded because you asked it as a coupon code. I think those were delivered as coupon code by default with link to order, a personal one time use coupon.

    As the process was that we proactively DM'd everyone, not just random persons asking for coupon code.

    Please provide evidence and it shall be delivered if you were actually missed out.
    I don't see any further inquiries from you either, so it must've not been very important to you.

    That ticket ID does not exist ... So not sure to which company you made that, but it's not with us ...

    Got response from @PulsedMedia that I can get EUR 100 instead of 75. That's a good time to start with minimum plan 4TB to backup my DirectAdmin.
