A week passed since the Provider Poll 2024 Lottery result was published but I can't get my prize from PulsedMedia.

It seems @PulsedMedia is disappeared.

Who got their prize from PulsedMedia please post a message here.

    We've been at war with PulsedMedia since 2023.
    We won an M1000 from them in 2023 top provider poll and we refused to redeem it.

    Nothing beats the Boomer.host 10MB shared hosting account though.

    customer service as in free shit from giveaway or actual customer service because you are missing answers to your tickets, for days?

    also you know, people have lives outside of the company they run - sometimes you need to do something else to simply not die.

    But hey, don't worry about PulsedMedia - sooner or later he will come, as always - it's not like the hosting I "won" from HostSlim year ago that they never said anything, no instructions, no messages :-D

    I can't help but wonder if action should be looked at by LET mods/admins for providers who publicly offer rewards, and don't fulfil them in a reasonable amount of time (or, ever, as it would sometimes seem to be the case). It seems to me like free advertising (mention of a provider's name) but with nothing in return.

    Probably. Giveaways are purely a form of marketing, it's transactional.

    To be clear, I was meming a bit here. It wasn't a PulsedMedia prize I won. In the 2023 provide poll giveaway I "won" 100 euro credit from @VPSSLIM which I never received.

    I wasn't the only one, it was all the people who won from them. Looks like someone finally got the credit in March of 2024. To be fair, I didn't end up messaging them after 6 months because I didn't/don't care too much, I just think if providers agree to give something away, they should at least make the minimum effort to actually give the prize away, which in that case would have been messaging and giving the prize to the winners. So I guess technically I'm still waiting for the message, lol.

    Along with that, I've ignored two LET Top Provider prizes because of the provider. I hope this doesn't disqualify me from future polls.

    We will consider that but we generally work in a trust based system, and those providers are generally fine.
