    Just for public record, @SilverCreek processed my prize (non monetary) pretty quickly. Great experience with them so far and the server/service is wonderful.

    Yes, indeed, although I exchanged their prizes with other friends, their response speed was incredibly fast, which impressed me deeply.. Thank you @servers_guru .

    I had no intention of redeeming my prize, but @Terabix proactively contacted me with instructions on how to redeem it anyway, and when told I was not interested, still offered to save it for the future if I changed my mind. Props to them!
