Yes, Docker can be a space hog
Only dustin and the chef know for sure.. hopefully we get some more so @BlazinDimes can get some more swag for his swag stash
Hi there!
I must complete my collection! All I want is swag, and maybe some credit or servers. Y'all can have the good loot.
Actually that was one worry i had about docker and one thing thats been delaying me in setting it up. Most of the things i deploy have their own sort of "containerize" environment. I.e. ruby bundle, python venv.. I would think those are more lightweight than putting it in a docker container.. as i understand it though it would make the deployment process slightly easier. What I have works though... so why change?.. I guess its moreso i may not know what I am actually missing out on until i try it
Personally, I'd consider single-homed Cogent not great. You can check the test IP with bgp.tools to see the connectivity.
No response yet from dustin
Now what if they started stamping rack nerd branding on the top prizes.. Pac mac machine wrapped in RackNerd themed case. Laptop or playstation with racknerd emblazoned on it..
I'd agree. The LA locations have much better peering.
What did you ask him about. I missed it? The qualifications of what is "fair share" or looking for storage or seed server?
My Xbox Series S was delivered from a GameStop in I think Kentucky? So it was unbranded but I could always slap a sticker on it! BOOM, limited edition.
surely increases the value by over 9000% too
Ah interesting.. never heard of that site... So it looks like my LA server starts at MULTACOM, then jumps to NTT and Cogent and then fans out to a bunch of the "big" ISPs
Maybe just 900%
Page 930 it is
Even dockerhub started charging for storage space used
How about 69
Fair share is fair share 😄
And it shall be page 950 pretty soon after!
Doh, free storage never lasts long.. so many places used to be free
yes! 69 and 420 just @BlazinDimes it
Page 1000 too
69 > 420 🤣
Where's Dustin?
LETS HYPE FOR A GA
They are charging a lot though
True that. Why set the bar so low
I think hes takin care of business!
HYPE FOR A RACKNERD GA!
