Man why it's so hard to get in connect with a VPS provider? Like... I just want to buy your thing

    What you're looking for?

Storage deals babe. Dirt cheap ones... 1TB HDD

    Location and budget?

    I'm assuming something OVH/Kimsufi level.
PulsedMedia also has some decent deals on storage.
    So does Servarica.

It's not really in the RackNerd lineup unfortunately. The focus here is speed and reliability.

Their ks servers are great for storage. Budget friendly as well.

Love the KS lineup for storing my linux ISOs

If you look around, that's attainable. If just storage, there are natvps offers available. I think I'm paying 5/y for 500GB ipv6 vm.

I need to be more open to using ipv6 only VMs, I run it all on a tailscale network anyway, so who really needs ipv4?

I really dont like to use ipv6 but when it comes to storage I don't mind. Ips are costly, using a nat vm brings cost down significantly.

Using a budget VPS that has an IPv4 address with all the IPv6 storage connected via tailscale/wireguard is a viable solution.

Snag a budget VPS from RackNerd as the front end, and then use something like OVH/Kimsufi/Pulsedmedia/Servarica/heck even Google Drive, as your storage.

Hey, I was thinking of using a remote RackNerd server for running Jellyfin while a SATA drive on my home PC will act as the storage. I know this is unwantedly complicated, but this way I believe trh RackNerd server would act as a good transcoder while I can easily wokr with my media files. WDYT?
