You are running into the risk of being called a cheerleader.
Seems like my criticism of hosthatch have personally offended some people here. If you take criticism of a host as questioning your own personal ability of judgement for choosing that host, then I have not much to say as that's out of my concern.
I am with the customers who are still struggling to receive their servers. If those people, who are privileged enough to get replied by hosthatch in tickets get irked by this, then be it. At least if the traction of this thread could bring hosthatch out of their shell and listen to these people and their grievance, I'll be a happy man.
Curiously. I opened the ticket to SALES department and got the reponse soon. Before this one, I also send two tickets to the same department, and both were replied within 24 hrs. Maybe the priority level of INFO department is lower?

I don't know what you hate this provider so much when you've admitted you have never been a customer, but "your struggle" is only with yourself.

You don't need to be a customer to ascertain whether some practices are unfair towards particular group.
And secondly if my struggle is only with my self (as you believe) then be it. If it violates any forum rules, let the moderator handle it.

It's disappointing to see veteran members resorted to such language which violates the community rules and guidelines and spirit of LET.

With all due respect, I am not here to hold anything. I am simply expressing my view point. Whether you agree or disagree that's a whole different subject but usage of such language is certainly against the spirit of LET in my opinion and being here for 7 years, you should be the one who should lead the way to uphold it and not the other way around.
That was certainly not something I expected from a veteran member.

What does it say under provider offers? What does that mean? If you don't want the deal, don't comment about how crap x, y or z is. Don't disparage the provider. Just shut up if you're not interested in the offer, and let people who want the offer buy it or discuss it in peace. Again, basically, don't be a dick.
It's not like you even have anything to add on this matter. You're not a customer. You don't have any experience of the provider. Everything you know about it, you've learned from this thread. You have exactly zero to add. You're just stirring up trouble for who knows what reason, without adding anything to the topic. Worse still, as customers are recieving their deployments all the time, there's fewer and fewer people waiting. You have no idea how many people are waiting. Maybe it's 1000. Maybe it's 100. Maybe it's 10. Maybe it's 1. Maybe it's zero. You literally have no idea, and yet you're still stirring the pot trying to create bad feeling towards the provider.
Feel free to start you own thread on any issue if you like, although as a non-customer complaining on behalf of actual customers who aren't complaining, you'll probably find that nobody cares and it'll sink to the bottom where it belongs.
I'm still waiting for my server to be provisioned. Not in a huge rush as I won't be transferring service over until January. I did expect to have it by now though.

Hardly anyone takes non-customers seriously when it comes to providers review.
And guess what, when HH drops in another offer, many will jump in the offer knowing well … these are pre-orders and actually vps delivery will take some time.
And there may be couple who will argue whether it is just discounted or deeply discounted.
I, for one, very satisfied being a HH customer. And I don’t care what non customers have to say. They will claim to be treated as “second class citizen treatment”. So be it.

Offers were posted on Dec 2nd and it was clear in the offer terms — 2 weeks of provision time and some orders may be further delayed … he is writing almost a month after 22 days. Another sign of his bias against HH.
Few customers who were waiting already shared what HH support told them. I also encouraged customers waiting for three weeks to open a support ticket and also shared my opinion that open a status ticket after three weeks will not reset delivery time. Also confirmed by a customer.
One can read the points here who is driven by hatred towards HH and with the intention of stirring the pot in an offer thread and claims to have principles based opinion.
It has already been 25 days so far. Does this mean that even if HostHatch delays delivery by a year, customers can't complain? After all, you are customers of discounted machines, and HostHatch has already stated that there will be delays. Since you chose a special offer, you must accept it unconditionally. HostHatch is a premium provider, after all. Just look at how amazing the performance is when installing Windows on HostHatch. Let me post a YABS result for you to see.

This will be my last post towards you in this regard. You have resorted to immature tantrums which are not constructive discussion in any shape or form. It just creates noise more than anything else.
You can take examples of some other posters here for example @ralf who is arguing in a constructive manner where I do read his post and understand from his point of view. Even if I disagree with him, I do respect and understand the way he represents his side.
