Still broken for me - as in page not found in the pop out window and file created.
I would log out and back in. I can for sure create/edit documents, even old ones that wouldn't be in the cache anymore.

Thanks for the fix, will try it later. Also as you mentioned earlier it's running on a docker, can you confirm it persists data? Because I have experienced data loss (spreadsheet is emptied) on the last incident. Just want to be sure I can rely on it this time
The document will automatically synced back from the onlyoffice server to SmarterMail within a couple minutes of no one touching it. I've seen it sync as quickly as ~10 - 20 seconds.

Then I think I closed it too fast, within a minute and perhaps the file is not saved/synced.
It should always sync. Every key you press gets written right to the postgres database. There's nothing saved in the browser.

I've just tested, and it is still having issues on my end.
After I saved the file (manually) and close the tab on Chrome, then I reopen the spreadsheet in my file storage (Right click select "Edit with OnlyOffice"), after that I was shown the following popup. If I clicked Cancel nothing happens and if clicked "Close Document" I will be brought to OnlyOffice on another tab with an empty spreadsheet, just like before.
Any idea?
Edit: If I chose to download the file instead in the File Storage and open the spreadsheet with Microsoft Excel on my local laptop, it does have the data in it.

Not at the moment. You can always buy the $10/yr, or one of the $5/mo packages, and take us up on the 3 day refund period if it doesn't work.

Yes with limited functionality like sending mails disabled etc.
How long should it take for account to be activated?
Any plans to enable ipv6 for mail retrieval and submission? It would probably be best to keep mx and mail sending v4 only.

Sometimes it delivery slow and I confirmed that. But I voted them than my local business.
Everything was set correctly, but the delivery happened after 30-40 mins, which I didn't know was the fault from my end or the service end. However the delivery was slow (1 min for other emails).
I am currently using Google Workspace, everything was so fast, but the price per individual is kinda high, so I am looking for alternatives.
Drop us a ticket, nothing should be taking that long to deliver. SM has confirmed there's around 9s of email processing before it gets sent out of the node. Our own tests show an avg of ~13s. We're hoping to see SM lower that more.

If everything is set correctly technically, it may be the recipient not liking your domain for whatever reason. If you sent a test email to a gmail/google workspace email, they will do random greylisting-type delays on some domains they don't trust.
Try verifying your domain with Google Postmaster Tools and see if they highlight any issues, like if you were getting a bunch of spam reports on that domain https://postmaster.google.com/
