What if 1 physical core HT is shared by 32 vCores
I'm pretty sure the billing department can resolve this with an extra invoice, as suggested to the "please double bandwidth..." spammer above :P
Looks like Node 4 was rebooted a little bit ago and now I don't have anymore packet loss.
Checked with support and bandwidth is only calculated using the VPS's outbound traffic.
With the CPU so strong I'll be using this VPS regularly so I chose to Limit it's UL Rate to 4000Kbps (3.6Mbps) which is 130% of the 1TB monthly. Went with 130% cause I do sleep sometimes lol.
@HostSailor is there a Credit Card/Stripe payment method available? Seen a bunch of payment methods but no direct card payments.
Bit the bullet and bought a commodore. (14 days money back guarantee so trusting everything goes right)
Ticket #AM490557 for the mailing ports unblocking and server provisioning
Ahoy
.
Let us know how the mailing ports unblocking goes. My understanding from above statement is that at most you can send mails via their smarthost (which does outgoing spam filtering) - so not really something I would trust.
Kindly share your thoughts, @HostSailor
Doesn't look oversold yet tbh. Look at all the benchmarks above they seem solid. Let's see how it goes in the long run
Yeah 2 weeks buffer period, let's see how that goes

My vps go faster now closer to 1gbip, now around 500-600mbps. Still ipv6 not active tho
@HostSailor I cannot seem to login to my account. It says invalid login details. Forget password not working as there seems to be an email sending issue
My Node 4 VPS status showing **offline **
Mine did that after a reinstall, I just hit boot in the control panel then it came online.
Use paypal and click on CC payment (no account needed)
so i guess @HostSailor became the new @VirMach ? just with better support?
Need more locations for this to happen. Actually in the past sailor had some crazy cheap deals..
well @VirTRASH also started probably with 1 location and then expanded
I think they had most of the CC locations when they started, could be wrong tho..
Excuse my ignorance... How do I install debian over almalinux?
If its for the cpu flags its not working like that.. install alma then reinstall debian, but host said they are enabled now i think
wait for few minutes (10-20 probably)
Aight, will give that a try.
Did it work?
It did actually. Running a yabs now to see how it'll perform. Network is worse than before, not bad but it dropped a bit. Awaiting GB result.
Which vps did u actually get? I am wondering if this trick only works for specific type of vps.
Honestly I'm leaning towards hostsailor now despite the astounding offers. I have like a 4-5 years old account with them I think.
Last year when @repuc defrauded ppl their vps straight away were showing poor cpu performance. @HostSailor on the other hand is spreading the load over the nodes bcoz I am concistently seeing good numbers albeit in terms of dollar value
we all know wt bench scores r acceptable for around $60
The 1gb offer. Am on node 2.
