I couldn't find any emails coming from their domain that wasn't addressed as [email protected]. There weren't a whole lot of them to begin with, but after removing ticket subjects and sticking to just ones that don't reveal any PII, I got these:
So I think they're sending everything through the same source. I likely don't accept unauthenticated email from their actual network, but I do log sender addresses in those cases now so I should be able to see any I'd blocked. No more network-level blocks (my log sizes are through the roof but it's better this way).

The email issue has been resolved. It was caused by Gmail's sending limit restriction. Please submit a support ticket to request the activation email.
