    I couldn't find any emails coming from their domain that wasn't addressed as [email protected]. There weren't a whole lot of them to begin with, but after removing ticket subjects and sticking to just ones that don't reveal any PII, I got these:

    Customer Invoice
    Email Address Verification
    Invoice Payment Confirmation
    KVM VPS activation
    Order Confirmation
    Welcome

    So I think they're sending everything through the same source. I likely don't accept unauthenticated email from their actual network, but I do log sender addresses in those cases now so I should be able to see any I'd blocked. No more network-level blocks (my log sizes are through the roof but it's better this way).

    Have not received any emails to my Gmail and not In spam folder either.

    So to summarize, things broken right now:

    • WHMCS emails not being delivered in the last hours (but were previously)
    • SolusVM emails not being delivered (not now, not previously)
    • After payment with PayPal, a strange ticket is automatically created with a forwarded email
    • IPv6: they assign them, VPS is unable to reach the gateway
    • CPU passthrough is not enabled with the Debían 12 template
  • Haven't received any email from @HostSailor to my Gmail.

    In my client area, a ticket was automatically open, containing a forwarded email from PayPal.

    No, it was a normal payment. Maybe that issue was specific to me, anyway it is minor.

    No, that would be to easy.

    Indeed, since it hasn't come out of the source to send the email, here this is something like a backup save showing the email sent.

  • I created an account and got an invoice generated without any emails received too. Nothing in the email history either.

    The email issue has been resolved. It was caused by Gmail's sending limit restriction. Please submit a support ticket to request the activation email.
