I received the emails. If You are an exist HostSailor customer and has a SolusVM account, You can log in directly and there is a reinstall option. Just an idea.. I hope it helps..
Edit: You can try to check the VPS activation emails at the WHMCS "email history" section.

kvmnvme01 network is too slooooooow, please check and fix it.
The network is very slow (kvmnvme01.hostsailor.com), and the SSH connection is extremely sluggish. The characters I type on the keyboard still haven’t appeared in the SSH shell window even after several minutes. I’m about to lose my mind!
