Ticket#3301 presented IPv6 address is wrong.(Cannot ping6 google.com)
One of server[DN-196]'s IPv4 addresses is not useable.(x.x.x.135)

Honestly thinking about that too.. Been waiting over a week for a simple response to a ticket and its been radio silence. At least like a common courtesy update would be nice.

People are overwhelmed and overworked.
Plus when deals were released they had some performance issues.
Sure a courtesy update would have been ideal but I think for the price point I think I can wait a bit longer.

I guess my issue is I paid for some service upgrades they said they would do ASAP that are preventing me from using my servers. I'm not asking them to do it today, I just want to know they are still alive and its not forgotten really.
Tbh. I got ,quick‘ responses to my tickets so far. Sure, provisioning my CUSTOM order took a while, but I think ~2 weeks is absolutely fair and nothing to complain about.
Considering the amount of sales during BF, CM and the festive season - factor, I’m certain they are still working hard to catch up and got in way more orders than expected. Pretty much what @plumberg said.
Isn’t @cybertech just trolling? Aside from that, just ask for a refund before attempting a chargeback.
