Would love to hear what custom order you did... and how much?

So I got 2 x 1TB SSDs in my servers, 256GB of ram across 3 servers... Then I wanted an isolated network since they don't have mac whitelisting to prevent IP changes.
Once I paid for the isolated network, its been silence and I refuse to use the servers in a shared network where some bad actor could IP steal.
Totally understand your frustration.
Hopefully they will respond back soon.
Did you try Pinging @DartNode ?
Not yet, I tend to try to stay off bitching on forums and handle it internally. But given its been over a week and I saw others sharing the same. Figured I'd chime in.
But like I said, I'm not opening like 10 tickets or spamming responses all of the time. I'm keeping to the same ticket and 1 request of an update per day. I feel like that is more than fair.
Makes perfect sense to hold off if possible. Couple days here and there. But at the end instead hope they will deliver what is expected correctly!
Good luck
Best Deal Yet
Just got a response actually. Sounds like their man guy was out sick!
Regardless, it would be good to have someone else step in and let us know of that. Shit like that happens, its all good if I know vs silence imo though.
Glad they responded. Atleast you will get your customers setup built and delivered now..
Good luck!
Howdy y'all.
I wanted to jump in and hopefully bring some clarity.
First off we dearly appreciate everyones patience during the last 2 weeks. We got absolutely slammed with love from the event. We've deployed hundreds of dedicated servers and many host nodes to handle the love and support we received from the LET community. This was our very first BF on LET and frankly we didn't know what to expect. Paired with some unexpected circumstances that popped up we've been stretched thin. We're doing our very best to get caught up and get back to normal operations.
We see a lot of y'all frustrated with our response time. We hear you, we're a small team and although we've been working nonstop for the past month or so - we've definitely been overwhelmed. We have some talented people joining the team which should greatly improve the overall experience for our customers. Since inception we've been trying to stay on top of upgrades, capacity management, and many other factors that go into DartNode.
We're not going anywhere, and we don't accept this as our new normal or anything. Doing right by our customers is one of our core tenants and an event that we chose to partake in isn't a worthy excuse for missing the mark. We apologize for any disruption, frustration, or unease that might be felt. We ask anyone with outstanding requests to please bear with us, though if anyone feels the relationship is beyond saving, we will honor refunds - we're not here to hold money hostage.
We appreciate the feedback we've been receiving. It helps us get an outside look, which can be a difficult perspective to acquire when in the thick of things.
Great 😃
Thanks for giveaway!
Positive response
First of all.
Great response.
Second of all... I really want to win that 5800x
Pretty much went all in with 256 GB of RAM and 4 disks in total. Didn’t know about the private networking between boxes, else I would have gotten more 😅
thank you for the giveaway
If you want the private network open a ticket, happy to still honor BF pricing for that
@DartNode thank you for clarification

@Wolf
You got yourself a power horse 🐎 💪
Enjoy
Congrats. What's the price you paid for this? Also why does the multicore score looks so low for a 48 core server?
@Carlin0 got your server yet?
Not yet, waiting patiently
