The cloud storage is like a mini nextcloud. You can generate links and give them to people to view/download things. You can put a password on it, as well as an expiration time.

My service got activated 2 hours ago or so.
How long did the domain verification take for you? I already deleted it and added it again, checked the txt record using mxtoolbox.com but still Pending.
Or am I doing something wrong? I can't put the other records in yet as I have to migrate first.
We cron it every minute, but we're using google's DNS servers so they might be caching more. We'll move things to our own resolvers shortly.
You can add the verification record w/o cutting over your MX records.

I express my opinions as an observer, researcher and user.
1.Google txt verifies but your site does not; there is a situation where approval is given manually.
2. TLS, PKI, DNSSEC, DANE are unfortunately not active.
3.TLS-Reconfigure server to use forward secrecy and authenticated encryptionEven though this server supports TLS 1.2, the cipher suite configuration is suboptimal. We recommend that you reconfigure the server so that the cipher suites providing forward secrecy (ECDHE or DHE in the name, in this order of preference) and authenticated encryption (GCM or CHACHA20 in the name) are at the top. The server must also be configured to select the best-available suite.
4.Email Certificates (SMTP) Certificate chain is incorrectThis certificate is delivered as part of an incorrect certificate chain. The problems in the chain rendering the certificate invalid too. Although some clients (typically browsers) are able to fix or rebuild certificate chains, it's generally not safe to assume that all browsers can.
5. No MTA Strict Transport Security
6. No SMTP TLS Reporting.
Some can be improved, but for precautionary purposes, fixing errors first I think it is a must.

4) On the web portal? The chain should be just fine since both the cert + caroot are in the PEM. Let me know, i'll check as well.

1.Yes, your site is not verified. Google servers are verifying it. But your site is not verified, it is shown as pending, and postmaster cannot log in because of this.
3-4.no web portal smtp testing error,If you do your domain-based tests, you will see that there are errors.

Right. We don't add the domain to the mailserver until we verify you can control it. This is so that we don't have someone trying to add @qq.com to the server and intercepting users emails.
Once you put the TXT verification, we mark it as good, and finish provisioning.

God I hate DNSSEC. We'll look into it. The TLS check is just checking HTTPS or is this aimed at the mail ports?

How long does it take till it works on workspace.org? Because I am getting the message "This domain has been disabled. Contact your system administrator for access."
@Francisco Yesterday, I successfully set up two domains in the NameCrane control panel. However, just now, when I tried to add a third domain, no login user was generated, not even the default postmaster account could log in. By the way, my domain's DNS is hosted on Cloudflare. I’m not sure if that might be related.
Did you do the DNS verification yet? There was a bug I fixed as of 20 minutes ago that made lookups sometimes timeout. I fixed that and it should be processing nice and quick.
Once the verification is done, the domain should create, and you can login.
Uh the domain should be OK, maybe I borked the provision code. Is it the domains you PM'd me? I'll check in a sec and fix it if so.
