two of my three vps went offline. no email no nothing. virtulizer panel says suspended! barely any cpu or ram was used even network was under 500GB use. can't reinstall OS or anything.support is also non-responsive

And as for the DDoS protection, unfortunately it is not managed by us, so I don't know what to tell you from this point of view, overall it works well and does not cause problems.
Customers with xeon and EPYC are those who bought the bf offer and therefore are on dedicated nodes, where people are continuing to abuse CPU and bandwidth, we are suspending anyone who abuses, but they are many and it takes time.
Last thing, all our subnets are on the same routing, you can go to BGP tools via our ASN and check it yourself.

@DeluxHost I understand your situation and i try to be as cooperative as possible but its been over 4 hours and also not the first time.
May be boot the abusers out? After all it's a sub 10$/y server, if any abuse is detected take some strict actions. I can still see around 20+ steal on my server..
Totally understandable that the DDoS protection it isnt managed by yourselfers (at all).
I've just checked back again the packet loss, seems good now!

Seems to be OK now, so it's either a matter of abuse or DDoS protection not properly tuned.

Latency going up to 1000ms and some packets are lost when another VPS continue to running fine with very low latency and no one packet lost. For the moment I wait and monitor time of time the situation. When I have more accurate results I can send you a ticket with more informations. May be it can help you because can be due to temporary abuse too.
The best way to see that it's the SSH console who isn't responsive time of time. You can see when you type text than SSH not have returned the typed character at right speed.
at this point i think they're just keep moving us around the nodes. My vps is good for a couple of hours than it starts to throw all sorts of problems in my face

So their Ipv6 network is good but seems to be an issue with ipv4 network.

Their network problems are the same, similar to EvosHosting which experiences a bad network gateway that even fails, high ping, sometimes fine, connecting to the DNS server is unstable.
