I buy 2 vps (5.181.177.11 5.181.177.175), first month reboot 2~3 times , my data losted, so I cancel 5.181.177.175 and create ticket. and the 2nd month, reboot 2 times. ok , bye.

Will you be moving everyone to AMS at some point? I like AMS but have plenty of servers there already.

  • @DeluxHost what's the issue with current location and why AMS dc is prefered?

They're moving people to AMS. Not BF deals yet as far as I understand from their email. Curious to know why as well and when/if all customers will be moved.

Yes. I got that letter too.
Why do I owe to be a hostage of the hoster? Deluxhost is untrustable.

At the moment the DC where we are now cannot guarantee us more Racks, and since we cannot be limited to so many, we are forced to move.

LET BF nodes will be moved when everything is ready to AMS, but after VPS customers, to avoid too many moves and avoid mess

Are we not reliable? You said so when you saw our offers here on LET, when you said that our network "sucks", It seems to me that we have proven you wrong on EVERYTHING.
This is not just for you, but for everyone who said that with our offers we would not last 1 month. 😄

It's a bad news because a lot of customers picked Germany location for some their reasons. They have the interest focused on the specific country and you break it.

So... Just curious... I wanted a DE location. The location matters to me. How will you handle refund requests?

you can simply decide not to renew, it's not something we do with pleasure, but it's necessary.

At the moment it is the only solution, and in any case it is a practically non-existent latency change.
