    there has been an open ticket for the issue for 2 months. So it's been open since October

    I too created a ticket for Networking issue. All of my VMs are impacted.

    I don't think it's just few VMs unless I'm also unlucky to be on the "certain node". I had problems from the start with ssh disconnecting after some time, about dozen minutes or so but didn't have time to investigate further. Now I get this one one VPS:

    --- 8.8.8.8 ping statistics ---
256 packets transmitted, 224 received, 12.5% packet loss, time 256051ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 1.726/96.575/2117.668/317.031 ms, pipe 3

--- 1.1.1.1 ping statistics ---
270 packets transmitted, 259 received, 4.07407% packet loss, time 269657ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 1.935/51.236/2391.927/250.955 ms, pipe 3

    I couldn't connect to the second VPS I have with Deluxhost, logged to enduser panel and found the VM is offline, tried to start it but the page didn't load anymore. After couple minutes it started working fine and strangely from logs I found the VPS was running just 5 minutes ago.

    I did the ping test there as well as rerun on the first VPS and suddenly got better result (but not perfect). What kind of shenanigans is that?

    VPS 2:

    The monthly cost is cheap even if I can't use it for now. So I will not open a ticket each time when I see a lot of people having exactly the same type of issues.

    When you write you solve all these issues from everyone and no one complaint I will try again and if still not work only after that open a ticket. I already write you a report here and you can try on your side to check network quality with bandwidth and latency.
    I will continue to wait and hope will be solved these next weeks.

    They have great EU dedis, fast support! Some time ago, there were a few issues with networking but they were fast to resolve it and everything is stable now :) Great uptime in general! Brilliant prices too.

    I also got my server within 5 days of purchasing it, although he did inform me beforehand about the ETA. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, they're so kind-hearted that they even helped me out with some networking issues I was having. Absolute kings, would buy again and recommend to a friend.
