Their respond were "If you're still facing issues, can you please make a complete stop, leave it stopped for 1 min and then start your server again." which I've already pointed clearly in the ticket that I did that.
You see I can understand a software/hardware failure downtime or even data loss which some of the providers here experienced however I cannot understand a support that they are killing time and beat around the bush.
I have two servers from MG both on Frankfurt one is up and another one being down right now not to mention yesterday it was vise versa, at this rate I think the best thing will be refunding one of them.

Indeed there's no other way for the hypervisor to get the new setting for the VM to tackle this particular issue, but who can blame your for this post?
I rented a VPS in New York, it didn't come back online until I powered down and up in control panel page.
If yours is still down, maybe try that.
so is frankfurt still available for sale or locked?
For all new orders the hypervisor applies the new settings making the server immune to the bug that appeared randomly in some nodes.
For an older order, a stop / start enforces the hypervisor to apply the new settings.
I think my request submitted on 01 Dec 2024 has been missed out.

Your support has proven a number of times to be highly incompetent and besides that dropping the issue to the customer instead of admitting that there is an issue. Saying "You haven't requested to turn on HA, so you don't have HA" to the customer? You must be joking.
Even you and now are only referring to Frankfurt as a problem location while this weekend all 3 locations faced issues and network connectivity has been below par for quite some time now.
I don't care about compensation, I'm just tired of not being able to use services and being confronted with you downplaying, seeking new excuses everytime and your use of big words and terms while they are clearly not in place. Trust is gone.
The only compensation I'm interested in is to end the service and receive a refund. You've messed up big time, face the consequences.

Are you saying you cannot just stop all VMs on hypervisor and then start the manually? that you need users to it themselves which apparently does fix nothing.
