Massive Grid 😅

Hi,
My 2(two) Order Numbers are: 2741297510 and 8428451686.
Please extend my 2 Cloud VPS for 4th year and price locking.
Thanks.
Too bad, my VPS is completely down and their website is not working, it seems like they are a scammer
How's your VPS doing?
Mine is no longer linkable.
https://portal.massivegrid.com/cart.php? can't open it either
The portal is down again....
Poor bro didn't check the end of the thread before ordering....
It's quite amazing that this poor bro can still access the website to place an order, while I can't even get into the site anymore.
or I will be cheated?
can't connect to server and it's portal .
I just ask for refund before it's portal down.
I mean
I can't recommend ordering, thread seems to be botted as well
@DP @Arkas maybe another host deadpooling
Looks like:

Dhcp finally decided i'm worthy of an ip.
AND it is gone again...
We need to warn new buyers, maybe moderators should modify the thread title. No one should buy this until it becomes stable and there is suitable explanation for all this from massivegrid.
I like buying ultra-cheap, decent stuff, but next time, just ask me if I'm buying THAT. If I'm not buying it, you shouldn't either
(re-posting)
I, too, have been affected by all the recent Frankfurt outages here (including yesterday). And can also confirm the TCP connection problems someone here mentioned.
The MassiveGrid portal being down again really does not help.
My uk vps is also down. It has been unstable from the begining …
i have 33 vps in three location uk ny fr and all of them down
@damon886 @gbzret4d and others
Guys, there is (at least) one "MG down!!! OMG!" thread here on LET.
This one is their promo thread.
The dining room is for dining and for taking a dump there's another room.
(Yes, mine is down too, but let's stay civilized)
IMHO it is just fair that potential new buyers have a chance of knowing what they are getting in to. This assuming they are smart enough to check the thread instead of just reading the advertisement.
Well. I think i'll wait for maximum half a week, which give MG a chance to fix the probelms.
If they unable to restore the services after the peroid then I can only resort to paypal refund.

Recommend alternative pleaj , i like huy ultra cheap too 🥳
MG took a dump in their own dining room.
Servers down, tickets unanswered, silence here.

The order links had been removed once before due to the outages, but later restored once they came back online.
website is back online
Full ACK - but I think the "MG Down!!! OMG!" kind of thread(s) serves that purpose just fine.
(a) weekend, (b) no sales activity either.
So, should @MassiveGRID, if they even are online, focus on solving the problem -or- on looking at and responding to all the yada yada and river crying here?
Portal is back
Several services down, no updates, no portal to open ticket, no communication. Shit can happen to everybody and every provider, but days after offer, they should at least have updates not only about "a network card" but how many servers affected, how many days will be their service offline and why their customer portal is offline, too. Especially the latter, affects every single customer they maybe have, because they have a custom handling solution for managing and reinstalling their vps, on top of proxmox.
Have to say, from my little experience with them (a few days), their vps was very slow for the specs (I can understand that, a server needs days to be configured as meant to be after a massive yearly offer and tons of new cheap clients), their reinstallation routine is buggy, most of their ready templates gives wrong credentials, so, they are useless, their manual installation via web vnc is slow and their customer portal that is orchestrating all of that, extremely slow for the period I was trying to use it.
I did a little research, they are not a summer host. Their brand is in business for more than 13 years and their CEO and people are well known in the IT industry (the owner seem to be participating to a lot of seminars, conferences etc. with major companies). But they was clearly not ready for selling something like this...
