  • Lifetime deals are always risky, but with @Francisco's reputation here, I feel confident in taking this deal. So much so, that I got 4 lifetime plans combined, which resulted in a single plan with 60 domains and 1TB storage for email + files.

    I don't really understand this. I use random email addresses for every service, so I never use my Paypal email address for something else.
    It's to minimize exposure if there's a breach, they can't use email/password combinations anywhere (yes it's also random passwords but why not randomize both?).
    And if there's a breach and I start getting spam to an email address, then I know exactly who leaked it.

  • Bug: I have files disabled at the domain level but I am still able to create an Onlyoffice document. Once I close the document I am unable to retrieve it because files are disabled.

    Creating a document should be disabled for users without files access.

    You can pay with debit/credit via Stripe, Crypto, or Alipay and use whatever email address you'd like. For PayPal we require that your main paypal email and account email match.

    It's in place because "omg I was hacked, I never bought this/got the product" is hard to chargeback when the login details were sent to the paypal account holder and not a random unrelated email.

    It's there for the same reason you'll get prompted for 3DS on a card payment with us.

  • I have many personal email addresses, and I like to use them to show my unique style when registering accounts. I hate that some regulations require that you use a PayPal email address to register an account. This is very risky and will bring endless advertisements and unnecessary financial risks.

    I never use the PayPal email to create accounts with. Never.

    That's why I left the previous company and I've got services somewhere else.

  • Super interesting, what about the EM client pro licenses? Are they lifetime and can we manage directly the devices inside their website or are they tied to the plan and if we cancel later we will lose them?

    They are lifetimes with one year of upgrades.

    I don’t personally use em, but others said it emailed them a code. I’m guessing it tracks inside SM.

    How to combine the plans like you?

    Purchase multiple lifetime plans, and then after they get deployed - ticket sales and ask us to combine them.

    Just don't put domains in more than 1 account until the stacking has been done, since I don't want to move them around.

  • @NameCrane is there a possibility that we can group up the space in the email reseller account? For instance, I want to allow 5 email accounts with 15 GB of shared space for my client.
