and then the [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] can receive the email?

I would like to offer Cranemail Email hosting as a product in my WHMCS.
As I currently already offer Cpanel hosting packages, I have many questions with regards to the customer journey: how customers who buys a domain, adds email hosting and then adds cpanel hosting can figure all the setup especially with a default set of nameservers.
Am I the only newbie here who has these questions or this is so basic that everyone else has this figured out?
