Soon. I forgot, honestly. Been quite busy.
No worries at all.
If I already have a .st with you, can I apply the free year to that domain?
You just need to answer yes or no. Don't teach me what to do
Well there is a difference between DMCA complaints from someone streaming blockbuster movies for a fee and someone who gets one once or twice a month because of a random eBook or OF "model" who hires a fivver gig to spam us with invalid complaints.
Big thing is we try to discourage the worst offenders. But technically we're not DMCA free nor can anyone in the Netherlands "really" ignore copyright blatantly if the case is big enough.
My response came off as harsh, was unintended.
Good wishes for this.
Regarding refunds, is the 72-hour period calculated from the time of purchase, or the time of activation? (For HDD plans)

good company and support
@MannDude I ordered one of the HDD servers over 12 hours ago, and received a welcome email with the IP and other server info. However, I can’t SSH in, and when I go to the client portal, the VPS is offline. Attempting to start it just yields an error “1) the operation could not be completed.”
Should I open a ticket, or wait longer?
Order #8858852590
I'll take a look now. They shouldn't be auto-provisioned because Virtualizor can't auto-provision VMs with primary (NVMe) and secondary (HDD) storage types.
From activation. If you've got a ticket, I'll see it shortly
I remember the order. I guess I should have stuck around after provisioning it to see if it booted up. It's all good now. Make sure you read this to access it: https://portal.incognet.io/knowledgebase/2/How-to-set-your-root-password.html
Issue was related to a disk caching option we had enabled but was unsupported for this setup. Should find the HDD at
vdbI believe.I've also updated your renewal date to reflect that the server didin't become usable until today. So your time starts today.
Thank you!
Pointless bump
AMD Epyc KVM VPS available in Kansas City in the next 24 hours.
We will do a limited number of the non-HDD Black Friday deals for this location!
Please tell me it comes with some free BBQ.
Exciting.
KANSAS CITY AMD EPYC (LATE) BLACK FRIDAY DEALS
Stock is limited to 5 of each of the following plans. I'll do an email blast later and social media hype, but LET gets first dibs.
YABS:
Speedtest:
I'm redoing all of our looking glass pages so will publish that once done.
KCMOAR
I'll get the rest of the plans created in WHMCS and update stock / info on our website likely in the next 12 hours or so.
Ohhh so the BF plans for Kansas City are only for LET?
At the moment. Originally the Black Friday deals I posted here were LET only, then after a couple days I did an email blast to our active customers and added them to our website.
We had excess stock in Washington state at the time so the deals were exclusive to there only.
Figured we'd extend those some deals to Kansas City as well, at least in limited fashion.
Just bought one
Whelp, better code a website or self host something now. I knew I was an idler, but I didn’t realize the problem was this bad…
Is bandwidth counted as in+out?
Is it possible to stack these?
Or is a custom plan possible? I'm looking for 1-2 vCPU, 2GB-4GB RAM, and 100TB+ bandwidth on >1Gbps. Use case is a virtualised OPNsense gateway to break out of 10Gbit IPv6 and CGNAT hell
