Current pricing is based off InternetBS pricing. We haven't intergrated our Centralnic account into WHMCS yet because it simply hasn't worked for us. They say it's not an issue with their end, it's the module, and any module we've tried said it's due to centralnic. I get frustrated after spending hours and making no progress then forget about it for weeks/months at a time.
Just waiting for @Francisco to do domains with namecrane and hopefully release a reseller module and give us good pricing so I don't have to fuss with it.
