I would like to ask, if the bandwidth exceeds 20T, is there a speed limit or service interruption?
We will typically rate limit the connection down to 100Mbps and advise the client to reduce bandwidth usage. If usage continues unabated and climbs well past 20TB, then we do reserve the right to suspend service, but that rarely ever happens.

We opened a ticket on your account that you hadn't paid your invoice and your service was suspended. This suspension came after multiple prior invoice reminders. The suspension ticket was opened less than 6 hours ago. You paid the invoice ~3.5 hours ago and then replied to the ticket. Our billing representative replied ~15 minutes ago stating that your payment had been confirmed and that your service would be re-activated.
It would seem to me that you are actually receiving quick replies from our support. Even on the LowEndTalk forum, I've responded to your post in less than 30 minutes. Keep in mind this all occurring in the early hours of Saturday morning (we're based in the US west coast).

With the RepriseGGDED we currently offer servers with up to 12TB disk space (in the form of 6x 2TB enterprise HDDs in 2.5" form factor). For the RepriseEEDED and RepriseZZDED we also offer up to 12TB disk space (in the form of 3x 4TB enterprise HDDs in 3.5" form factor).

Our network is DDoS-protected. We do retain the ability to combat and filter out large DDoS attacks -- we peer with and purchase IP transit from carriers that specialize in DDoS mitigation. However, we unfortunately do not offer a "DDoS-proof" hosting service. This means that if you are subject to repeated DDoS attacks, then we will likely ask you to migrate to another hosting provider.
