  • Hello everyone.
    There is a problem.
    Connection to the VPS is unstable. VPS is online if I look at it through the site. But almost every day I can't connect to it through the Putty. To recover connection I have to restart the VPS through the site first. Than I can connect to it through the Putty. The connection breakage is repeated every day.
    Does anyone have the same problem?

    No, both of my vps hosted by Chunkserve are stable and fast. Money well spent! I hope to keep both vps for a very long time if possible :smile:

    It's working now, but turned out it was an issue on your side (although only affecting my VM). Just saying.

    I would hope that the provider would want to focus on providing the best service possible. Then when there is extra time go through the freebie requests. Just saying.

    I get your point, and honestly, I don’t mind waiting a bit longer for the freebie since my $20.99/year plan already gives me great specs. The freebie isn’t a dealbreaker for me.

    What concerns me is whether the provider is overwhelmed with requests. If they’re struggling to handle freebie requests, can they handle urgent issues effectively? I even tried reaching out via LiveChat for clarification, but they couldn’t provide any answers. Just something to consider.

    I done that already, not every server got cpu/ram upgrade. We also assigning +1mo / double bw :)

    Yes, I replied within 3 hours, and then 1 minute after your message. Let's move to ticket :) We do not see ANY issues on our side now. We got some tickets regarding communication issues ie. from Iran or other related countries - but it's rather not our problem. Reply me there and we will sort it out :)
