    on monday, is barely usable. so i start monitoring my chunkserve vps using uptime kuma.

    I think this just needs some time. The IP from my VPS used to be in Iran(!), but now it is correctly in the Netherlands. It is just the GeoIP databases that need to be updated, he posted it somewhere in this thread that they leased new IP ranges and the GeoIP database updates take a while to propagate.

    Wait a few weeks, geolocation services will ping the IP and assign the correct location. It is not something a provider has full control over.

    Yes, because node01 is a master node; As informed on our status page - STP caused the port to be down. 1 VM caused that. We're implementing proper config changes now to prevent such situation in the future. Everyone that is affected by that, can get +14days to the service - just open a ticket on the billing!

    im checking downtime using uptime kuma hosted on my other vps.

    Apologies, but I’ve already rebooted the server, and in virtualizor, the CPU, RAM, and bandwidth still look the same.

    The billing also still shows as ending in November 2025, so I’m not sure what’s happening.

    Any updates on this, as my VM is still disconnected from the network (but the node seems to be up again)? (and yes, there is a ticket for this... #IUO-862942)

  • @Chunkserve hey, my ticket ANZ-801481 was left no-response for a week. And my project still can not be launched since you said you need to reinstall it on your hand. The VPS has been left idle till now. Hope you won't become a LowEndTicket provider in the future.
