What do you mean by "unguaranteed 300 Mbit"? I don't see a difference regarding network specifications on the website between LE-number or LE-letter?
Probably thinks on API, because when you order through API, it says unguaranteed, while the others are "guaranteed". Website is showing the same just "Public 300 unmetered"
KS-A has 100Mbit and KS-LE-1 has 300Mbit unguaranteed
300Mbps unmetered public bandwidth 0.0
bandwidth-300-unguaranteed
On the LE-1, some locations struggle to hit 300mbit usually 50-90mbit average from what I’ve seen
It’s different from the flash deals and I’m not sure why…it just makes the shit BF deals even worse imo
I'm sure pretty much all kimsufi has unguaranteed bandwidth and all offers, KIM-LE, SYS-LE, RISE-LE, for the guaranteed, it says on the website itself it's guaranteed. Probably depends on the location and rest of the things how lucky you are.
Bad
Just don't order it...
No geek, it takes too much time.
Wow 🤩 I told you it exists @TomasSystems
Congrats on the duplex 10g that’s a real winner
Deal
Did anyone succeed to catch Rise-LE-4? I'm pretty sure I didn't see it available(EU) even through API.
Sharing is caring!
I added OVH US however not tested.
Please can you link to this again
Probably a faulty DIMM. Ask them to investigate.
YAB for KS-LE-1
Edit: 🤦♂️ Sorry, KS, not SYS. I cannot read.
That’s not SYS-LE-1
If that's a SYS-LE-1, you won a hell of a downgrade in the lotto.
No, I am apparently just illiterate. Please ignore!
same happens to my server I am trying to do raid 1 on my hdd's, as soon as you run this command then reboot it breaks the boot
Damn...
Except idling, what are you all using the servers for?
I use mine for Nextcloud and AI transcribing/translating subtitles (OpenAI Whisper and MarianMT).
Wife Approved homelab.
With the monthly cost of my two KS-LE-B, back of the envelope calculation says I can run a 100W device for a month where I am (electricity is not cheap). Not sure if I could run two E3 systems on 100W... plus these v5/v6 servers are not yet so cheap on eBay.
And of course, no noise.
I kept a NUC essentials under the TV.
Got my LE-1 in CA today. Got an extra 2 tb hard disk, ram and network upgraded too! No upgrades on the CPU.

Please send me OVH script
you can get n100 mini pc with 7w in idle, 10w-18w heavy load.
Anyone have KS-LE-B in Limburg NVMe? PM.

I use mine as a flex to tell all my friends that I have a LE-B, because saying 'server' just doesn’t sound cool enough.
(KASM, Game Servers, Stirling PDF, Vikunja, Plane, CasaOS)
Yeah that would be the reasonable thing to do, for sure lol.
The NUC does that, it's not a n100 but not that far.
I thought of hiding two n100 in a closet but with 32GB RAM and 4TB worth of NVMe, that might get a little pricy even on Aliexpress.
KS-A listing back (still oos)
