I think price little nit high for BF🤌

Yeah, I mean $60/yr for 60 GB feels steep until you realize that the comparable regular-priced plan is around $312/yr

    Whatever:/

Probably 85% or more of our sales are our normal website pricing. Lot of people doing things cheaper. Lot of people don't make it a year or two in the business because they strive to be the cheapest.

We've found that when we go real low, we attract a lot of unwanted customers. That's why we are not doing automatic PayPal setups for these promotional plans at the moment. Would much rather have fewer clients who pay more than many clients who pay little. From a business perspective it just makes life easier and makes for a healthier business that will be here tomorrow.

I have a small VM from last year's BF. It is indeed more expensive compared to promotion plans from other providers, but I'm very happy with it. The specs aren't high but performance is good, network is fast and it has been running well for a whole year.

My only complaint is that the support isn't very responsive, probably because my tickets were not about critical issues so that's not a big deal.

Good luck with your sales :)

    I understand your perspective
I could refer him to other reseller's price, but its not good behavior, specially when you get what that you pay for
Actually you asked for any comments feedback opinion, but didn't thought it will bring attention

  • Not exactly the price range I am looking for. But count me in on the $21/3yr plan 😁

Whats the ticket ID? I'll take a look.

I'll admit that support is an area we've not really excelled in. Have stretched ourselves thin with working on so many projects that it has unfortunately taken eyes and energy away from non-critical requests. I'll be happy to take a gander though, sometimes things get overlooked by mistake.

Ok, I'll cook up some sort of very limited, "back to LET roots" type of deal...

Also first person to post something that makes me laugh will get $10 account credit, because why not?

I noticed that there might be an error in their geofeed file, so I opened a ticket to let them know and check if it is indeed an error.
