This is behind Cloudflare, can we get a download link direct from the Singapore servers?
I have already paid the bill, but when I try to log in, it says my email does not exist.
Read the below comment.
@niustyle can you run speedtest benchmark?
wget -qO- nws.sh | bash -s -- -r india+An Asia test too, if someone can.
same problem with me
Hello Kenn,
I've been made aware of your situation. We are checking what happened...
Order found. Your order revealed a little software bug in our shopping cart software that prevented the order from appearing to our staff so that it could be approved.
It now has been approved. I apologize for that! We will be correcting this bug in the next day or two so that it doesn't happen again...
Will other orders be approved then? I had the same bug happen to me, can't log in & tried to recover password and it says email/account doesn't exist - can confirm the $5 has been billed to my paypal
Edit: Looks like it was approved
While we do not offer an S3-like storage service, I personally like MinIO as an open source S3 compatible storage server.
https://github.com/minio/minio
We actually use it internally to store files. It works great.
You can run this in a VPS and have a nice S3 compatible storage server...
If not, a good old plain FTP/SFTP/SCP server in a Linux virtual server can also work... vsftpd or proftpd would work great for that.

You have certainly been a front runner.
At this point in time, we are fully ipv6 ready as of the last refresh of all our data centers. It's just a matter of modifying code in our backends and portals.
But let me give everyone a bit of background information.
Back when we really started, in 1995, as a web hosting service, ARIN was giving out IPv4 IPs like candy. We have some quite large IPv4 allocations, across several ASNs, that are unused. So, we never felt the rush to implement IPv6.
We know we have to, we just aren't in a rush.
Our primary business is not virtualization or "the edge", it's building large custom infrastructures. A client comes to us and goes "I need 2,000 cpu cores and X petabytes" and we build it for them. That is our primary business, and such clients, don't care for IPv6.
So, it's not an issue of being unable, it just wasn't necessary.
But we know we have to, and thus, it will be done.
We actually have been discussing selling those large IPv4 allocations we aren't using...
... unless you all start ordering a zillion virtual servers from us.
Thank you for your order! I've added your order number to our list of pending bandwidth upgrades. Once the upgrade is done, our staff will send you a message via our ticket system.

Sure!
So, we use Xeon Gold processors for our "high frequency" virtual servers, running at 3.4 or 3.5Ghz. Specific models vary though. We call this G4, as it is our fourth refresh of server hardware.
Sometime next year, we will be introducing a new generation of Xeon Gold/Platinum servers, but that is still in the pipeline. This will be G5. It could also be AMD EPYCs; we haven't decided.
For our previous generation, what we call G3, they are either:
G2s and G1s are long gone...
For Singapore testing, you can do a ping or download with the following information:
And as for the double bandwidth feature being recurring, yes it is. The extra bandwidth will be with your virtual server for as long as you own it.
I am glad it all worked out!
