You should refund people for the so-called life time offers a pro-rata refund if you are fully aware that the years don't match up to the so called "lifetime" price.
You should also retire from running a company for good. I believe this isn't your first time doing this scheme with opening and closing the doors if memory serves me well.
You've purposely created unsustainable business model to lure people in, then close it's doors without intention of refunding people.
The best action forward is to give up your moderation tag and a hosting tag, and call it a day for good.
@MikePT You can reach out to me as an alternative option. We have shared hosting in Singapore in beta now that you can migrate your current customers to. With your other locations (US/DE) we can renew them for you until we have the shared hosting live there. If you need a job, we can hire you as a part-time hosting & sysadmin. We normally do not do refugee deals but as a father myself I will try as much as I can to help you with this situation.

I haven't closed any business that I wasn't able to refund, actually had successful businesses such as mxroute.io that was acquired by MailChannels directly, but you're definitely right, this isn't good.

So having looked at this, including the "numbers" - thank you to @MikePT for providing them. I currently do not really see how i can turn this into a success that most current users will be happy with.
So for the moment the things i am willing to do are:

Right now, the only provider willing to take our clients and that has to be as a goodwill gesture, because it's not worth it financially wise. We're discussing in PM.
