As I’ve commented before: I don’t believe anything he says, not even the story about the funds being frozen, it’s likely fabricated.
He claims he will provide proof to the Mod, a cunning move to make people think that what he says is verified. And I believe even the Mod doesn’t know anything more than some screenshots with documents that anyone could easily fake.
Plus, mods and admins just does not care, since scammer still not banned.
this is disrespectful to the mods who volunteer their time to keep this zoo under control. calin had his tag stripped and is no longer allowed to operate as a provider here. banning his account would just end discussion and opportunity for this to resolve.
the mods do care and took action, im on neither side here (i just shit post and love drama) but no proof has come to light that calin scammed anyone. proof is proof, everything here is just speculation and conjecture and it doesnt help that the OP seems to have vanished (calin ordered a hit on them maybe)
There is plenty of proof against Calin and little to nothing that supports his side of the whole story. As far as moderation goes, I don't see what banning him would add, it's better to let him keep digging the grave.

the money was supposed to be used to fulfill the order but cant be moved now, the customer was promised a refund guarantee which calin is unable to honour

About the "improvements" in your services: Maybe it's not your fault, maybe you really think your services are amazing. If so, what a low level of standards you do have. Several downtimes per DAY (not week or month), DDoS attacks, hardware failures (CPU, HDD), selling SWAP as RAM, whole UDP blocking, etc, etc, etc.. And that was last month, after all that I decided to move to another provider. Probably there's been a lot more since then.
@host_c I'd suggest you to end any relationship with Calin. I'm one of your clients after getting deceived by Calin's services. Your business is doing pretty good, service is stable, prices are more than fair. Uptime is excellent. This guy is gonna crash by himself, better to stay away from that.
As for anyone looking for a good Romanian provider, Host-C delivers. Calin does not. Prices are similar, but the difference in the quality of the service is really big.

Why so defensive? I simply asked a question. It's apparent that there is some kind of dependency on you, even more so considering Calin's mail server is hosted on your network. So I do feel like your statements in both this thread and the previous thread, where money went into the abyss, have a bias.
No worries though. The proverbial Sherlock Holmes is looking into it. I'm not here to spread misinformation or "conspiracy theories" so you will have to wait for the investigations to conclude :-)

Oh yeah, Calin wanted to buy the hacked database of HostSolutions - I forgot this.
Last year, right after the 180-day PayPal Purchase Protection, Calin just deleted my POOR VPS due to unexplained "abuse" reason, it caused me to lose about 5 dollars. This weekend, I spent over two hours reading more than 30 pages here. I have to say every penny i lost was totally worth it. I am not sure if Calin is a scammer or something else, but he's definitely one of the worst basement manager in LET history. Good luck to you, again, @Calin.
