72 month discount is not enough?
how long have you been trading? more than a year? when asking a customer to pay up front to a host they just heard about, its a bit of a hard sell unless the host has been around for a while
$8 < $5 ? Oh boy now we need simple mathematics again.
the price is $10, $5 is not recurring
$8 monthly recurring price
$80 per year
Now, please compare.
not to mention GB6 score is three times for one vCore
— I do teach AP calculus
That's not $5/month but $180/3years equals $5/month. You should not advertise that way Big host such as Godaddy do.
No it's not recurring. Not claiming that either. Again, you can purchase ahead for up to 3 years. We guarantee 30 days money back, but we are amicable. If you pay ahead, and want a cancellation due to sensible circumstances we will consider a prorated refund.
That VDS has much more powerful Ryzen 9950x cpu vCore, more memory and more storage that is NVMe faster
and just $8 per month recurring
Which offer is better?
Unlike a General or Limited Partnership, the creation of a limited liability company guarantees its founders full protection of their personal assets. This means that if the company incurs debt obligations or even legal proceedings, the liability of its founders is limited to the amount that was invested in the business.
There is no minimum paid-up share capital in Wyoming, meaning there is no limit on the amount; You need at least one founder and one director, who are not necessarily residents of the state; You must have a registered address (office) in the state; You will also need to appoint a registered agent
the director or founder of the company may not be a resident of the United States; state taxes are among the lowest in the country; registration takes a minimum of time, since there is no need to hold meetings of the company's participants, as well as to collect authorized capital above a certain limit; it is possible to issue shares in exchange for "any value", without limiting the volume and value of securities; information about the founders remains confidential.
Conclusion: most likely, your pre-paid money will go into the pocket of this provider and you will not be able to do anything about it in the future. There are more than 60% of such bankrupt companies in Wyoming, this is the cheapest state for opening companies and also the most problematic for debt repayment and the like. Considering everything written by the provider in this thread, unprofessionalism and red flags are immediately noticeable - this is just a new HXServers, as noted earlier
That is just like your opinion man. CharityHost.org LLC is a legal entity and in good formation and standing.
I have personally been in the hosting industry since 2010. CharityHost.org came from another web host that brought it's customers with it, lost none. The goal is to support humanitarian causes and provide top notch hosting services and support to customers.
Who do you represent?
@CharityHost_org
how long has charityhost been trading
Such statements are all over the place. Provide facts that you are an old company and have rebranded. Provide reviews of your company, if it has been on the market for a year, then there should be company reviews and reviews on TrustPilot and so on. Well, and ultimately, show the license in an adequate way so that it is understood where you came from and so on. Well, and finally - if the goals are humanitarian, no one collects money through the provision of services of this kind, partners are found and servers are provided for free. How open source projects exist and the same free VPN. Even a purely psychological professional will not write excuses, but will immediately show the facts and explain how and what. You will not convince me. And I would still recommend all forum members to stay away from this supplier so as not to lose money.
We dont need a massive marketing budget, and 10 sales/marketing people to run a web hosting company the right way. But you can do that and scam customers bait switch them all day and night to buy things they never get delivered on performance, stability and support they promised - total bait switch burn.
SpectroHost.com -> CharityHost.org
You say free? There is no such thing as free lunch brother. Find this and be it legit, share.
Open Source != Free. At least not most of the time. They make revenue from licensing and enterprise support or the project is funded by a wealthy company that needs the product, not you or me, a very well funded company. If we had funding from wealthy entities or the governement, believe me, it would be free for charities/ngo/nonprofits/schools. But that's not the situation, for us to stay afloat and provided lifetime 50% discount to those humanitarian causes we need to gather revenue from for-profits, and we hope some day we can provide larger free and at-cost services whilst registered as a 501(c)(3)
You asked if there is a better offer.
Here it is.
Want to comment ?
I know that in Wyoming there are no restrictions on the type of licenses and any commercial enterprise can be opened - for the provision of services, for the sale of goods, including food and household products; a business operating in the areas of tourism, education, culture, educational activities; a company producing information products, software and electronics, for website development. Other popular US businesses are no less in demand, including the financial sector, cargo delivery, etc.
In addition to the fact that Wyoming entrepreneurs are already exempt from paying many taxes and fees, they can count on some tax incentives. For example, there is a concept of exemption from sales tax in manufacturing. This means that if you are engaged in the sale or lease of equipment that is used in manufacturing processes, you will not have to pay sales or use tax. Electricity consumption in manufacturing is also not taxed. The state has relatively small registration fees and fees for filing an annual report. In addition to saving on this expense item, entrepreneurs can benefit from numerous programs aimed at stimulating business, or try to get a grant to develop their business. The state also has a developed corporate lending system.
You already have complete savings, what are you collecting money for then? And charity, as correctly noted, is carried out through trust funds or through special bank accounts for specific organizations without intermediaries.
Dam this back and forth is getting just as crazy as the debate lmao
I guess you are not into giving donations huh? What is your point again? Would you be interested in grant writing and pitching to wealthy entities to donate? We do not have an inhouse expert for that, it's not my domain either.
CharityHost.org has costs incurred for support, software licenses, hardware and colocation costs.
I personally have 2 jobs, CharityHost.org and DevSecOps engineering for startups and government contracts. So yep, we are dual band here as a startup!
Okay, the domain is old, but you can buy a domain and this is not proof that the same person is the founder of two companies. People can check the alias and redirect - when it was installed on your new site and say exactly how long your new company has existed and when the redirection to the new resource was made. So far, there is still little reason to believe that everything is ok in your case.
Yes, absolutely
I can list many offers that are better than this.
PM me those. No room here for that. This is proper offer. You already broke the rules to post other offers on a legit offer.
there is no dispute here, just say provide the information fully and that's it. For 10 years of the old company's existence, there is not a single link on the Internet from third-party resources referring to the old domain. Ok, the site was like this from 2014 to 2024. But this in no way shows the level of the company, both old and new, and secondly, it is in no way possible to assess the level and quality of the service simply from a description, even approximate, from reviews, as can be done with many other even new providers. Well, it is clear that even if one person tries and says that everything works ok, there is no guarantee that such providers will not disappear later. On this forum, this has happened 5-6 times with such problems over the past year. Everyone decides for themselves what to do and everyone has their own opinion, but if there are facts, then you can apologize right there to the person if he explains everything, I admit it
Yes. Dont break the offer discussion rules! I have not flagged you yet, but what you are doing blatantly rude, unprofessional and against LET rules. Post it in the proper channels.
I did not post any offer. Just replied to your question.
Do not ask if you don’t like the answer. Simple
You do remember that you asked for it, right?
If you wanted it in DM’s, you should have said so
Really? Yes you did. I asked you to PM me if anything. I am open and curious to competition, and am friendly about it. But you seem to be poised to push down my offer regardless. If you have a better host, then happy for you really, I hope you have the best situation and support that life can offer with a host. I am not claiming we are the most performant, but we are stable, reliable and quite performant for the value and cost. Also I am yet to find a host that will extend support like we do!
Everyone can see what you wrote in your post.
@Arkas I'm chiming out for now! All can PM me if anything! Honestly exhausted of the trolling! Good night!
