I wish we could do "Refunds are for undelivered service". However we still offer 3 days refund policy for automated delivered services. We dont do refunds on anything custom or requires manual installation. Obviously if you're asking us for custom VPS or VDS plan, I except you to be sure of our services.
For people who place "work order", putting in a cancellation request is same as requesting a refund. seems like they are a shitty provider! I created a ticket for a refund just within 12 hours and replied to the questions asked, and then boom no replies, no refund!
Your ticket has been assigned to the accounts department, and your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 working days. Just to clarify, once a ticket is with the accounts department for a refund, neither I nor any other support staff can access it, which is why there hasn't been a reply. If your refund isn't processed within 7 days, feel free to reach out to us via live chat or by opening a new ticket. However, this is rarely necessary as refunds are typically completed within the stated timeframe.
