I'm looking for another ashburn vps for my ha cluster. But latency is too high for distance.
I have vms from Hetzner, Speedypage, Ovh Vinthill, Greencloud. They are under 3ms each other. But yours to them is from 2ms(ovh, greencloud) and 6ms(speedypage) to 20 ms (hetzner). It could be better?
Umm, can you share the tracert/mtr result in DM? I will check with DC if we can do something to improve it.
@kuroit
Any Yabs for this offer:

Are you using the Promocode: SPCL20OFF
There you go:
Folks, please read ToS before you order:
See: https://www.kuroit.com/terms-and-conditions/
We used to offer variety of services (Web development, design, marketing, devs for hire etc) than just hosting services, which I guess is still visible at some parts of the website.
We are slowly migrating those services under different brand and keeping Kuroit for hosting business only.
Heres the simplified version for Refund/Cancellation for hosting part: https://my.kuroit.com/knowledgebase/6/How-can-I-receive-a-refund-or-cancel.html
3 days refund policy no questions asked "questions asked" now.
Some clients would order, use full bandwidth within 2 days and then ask for refund!
No refunds on any custom order, vps/vds/dedicated.
@kuroit:
The problem is: under your current ToS, you would order e.g. a dedicated on monthly payments, pay £96.00, cancel in first month as not satisfied (and by that get the server terminated) and have to pay 11 times £96.00 extra, that is £1056 for unused 11 months (then without a server). No person with any sanity would subscribe to such a deal....

Not available for all vps plans.
Which product did you try?
No, the problem is only sleazy providers hide financial commitments in ToS, unlike more reputable providers like OVH where you see your commitment right on the order page.

Coupon code not available for flash sale?
I think you should clarify this.
FLASH SALE Packages are already discounted so promocode cannot be applied on them, only on our regular package its applicable.
Ah no, we love free money!
Thats why we have separate ToS and even dedicated page to explain simple process of refunds and cancellation: https://my.kuroit.com/knowledgebase/6/How-can-I-receive-a-refund-or-cancel.html
And even then explained the process here, but yea, we love free money!
I asked support on the site and they say that:
Refunds are very troublesome, they will say leave it to the specialist.
They first terminated your service and then ignored you for a very long time. I wasn't sure if I could get my money back, so I had to ask PayPal for help. I hope everyone will consider this situation before purchasing.
I can understand that they are unhappy about the refund, but when they said they could refund it, they immediately terminated the service and then ignored you. I was very angry.
@vvsor
but you should get this in writing (and that writing has to state that it is overwriting the general terms and conditions) before you order any product as otherwise it won't help on a legal basis.
E.g. they also have special t&c for hosting, but those are not included in the ordering process for e.g. vps or dedicated servers where only the general t&c are included and to be checked. So either it is as artxs says or it is the lack of attention to detail and clarity a professional provider should have. With the current state of their website, I would not order anything there. This is just a 100% "how to kill your reputation as a provider" problem for them. Maybe it is just oversight but they should deal with this problem before trying to sell anything.
Could you please share your ticket ID or DM me your registered email address so I can check on your ticket? Refunds can sometimes be delayed if there's no valid reason provided or if the request was made more than 72 hours after the service was activated.
I can confirm that our services are on a month-to-month basis, and we don't have yearly contracts. We're currently revamping our website and will be updating our policies to make them clearer. I know this update has been long overdue, but we'll have it sorted out by the end of this month. If you have any questions about our policies or plans, feel free to reach out via live chat—we're usually available—or join our Discord server for more support.
That is good to know and what I would recommend. (Also because I did not had the feeling that this is intentional by your team). But I think about professional contracts and a legal interpretation a lawyer or court would have when reading those t&c.
That is why I think you should overhaul or revise those (as they do sound as if they were written for e.g. software dev or sysadm services). You should also think about linking the hosting t&c instead of the general t&c in your whmcs ordering page(s) template(s) for any hosting/vps/dedicated server product.
Thank you for your feedback—I'm glad to hear we're on the same page. I understand your concerns regarding the professional contracts and the potential legal interpretation of our T&Cs. You're right; it's important that they reflect the specific nature of our hosting services. We're planning to revise them to better align with industry standards and legal expectations.
I also appreciate your suggestion about linking the hosting-specific T&Cs directly on our WHMCS ordering pages. This is definitely something we’ll look into implementing to ensure clarity and transparency for our customers. If you have any more thoughts or concerns, please don't hesitate to share.
OhBoi!
@ManishPant Please look into ToS and lets sort this asap
i applied for a refund almost within 3 hours after activating the service. Your also agreed to my request a few hours later. To put it simply, you agreed to my refund application within 8 hours after I activated the service. ButIt’s it’st’s been almost 48 hours now and I still haven’t received any refund.
i contacted your again yesterday and haven't received any reply from your till now.
Ticket #766473
Let me reiterate once again, if your are really unwilling to refund, then restore my service and compensate for my losses in the past few days. If you are willing to refund, then process it immediately.
Another 24 hours have passed. Will you still buy from a merchant with such a bad reputation? LOL
They can't even provide the refund service they promised, so why do your still expect their contractual spirit? stop joking!
Some people just want everything instantly, without considering the policy. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process. Please be patient, or if you need your service reactivated, please let me know.
