    I wish we could do "Refunds are for undelivered service". However we still offer 3 days refund policy for automated delivered services. We dont do refunds on anything custom or requires manual installation. Obviously if you're asking us for custom VPS or VDS plan, I except you to be sure of our services.

    For people who place "work order", putting in a cancellation request is same as requesting a refund. They'd simply get their service cancelled (which is automated process) and then open multiple tickets why refund was not processed, thus the KB: https://my.kuroit.com/knowledgebase/6/How-can-I-receive-a-refund-or-cancel.html

    Before I handed it over to PayPal, no one from you has followed up or responded to me for more than 12 hours.     Some people just want everything instantly, without considering the policy. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process. Please be patient, or if you need your service reactivated, please let me know.

  • Been with @kuroit for 2+ years.
    Never had any issues. @kuroit has been very professional, and even helpful many a times going out of the way.
    I've also got refunds done for some services and has never been an issue.
    Just wanted to put it out here. It's not all negative.

    Your ticket has been assigned to the accounts department, and your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 working days. Just to clarify, once a ticket is with the accounts department for a refund, neither I nor any other support staff can access it, which is why there hasn't been a reply. If your refund isn't processed within 7 days, feel free to reach out to us via live chat or by opening a new ticket. However, this is rarely necessary as refunds are typically completed within the stated timeframe.

    first of all I think they are a very bad business, because you can see they're even laughing at you

    They even tried to extend the refund time through PayPal when they could have just clicked "return"

    What I hope is to use my personal experience to urge them to improve their refund services, so that more of you who don’t know their true colors can get your refunds faster.

    Because through my constant posting of information, they have to process it for you quickly, otherwise more and more people like you will agree with me.
